I have had the worst experience at this dealership and would not recommend buying from. It's been 3 months and I have still not received a title and have had to call or email everyday to the title processed. Then when it's finally done and I ask for it to be shipped next day at my exspence .. I'm told they can't because all title work is done third party. So I must now wait 2 more weeks and hope it get to my lender which is calling me everyday for the title. I've purchased many cars from Chicago land dealers such as Bill Jacobs, Exotic Motors, Bob rohman, and more, never had an issue. Patrick Cadillac is the WORST DEALERSHIP I'VE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH!

Reason being the auto-care service department deals with wealthy clients that because they pay a premium they can pretty much talk however they want which include negative comments/vibes/attitude to the people that will be helping them. I just want to acknowledge that the team at Patrick Cadillac keeps it cool, calm, and collected showing a lot of patience towards these types of clients and I think they need a big giant pat on the back for that one. They treated me like a 5 star driver and I enjoyed every single minute of it.

I had an amazing experience the other day at Patrick volvo. My salesmans name was Ashvin, very very nice man he help me get approved for a finance on a car using my old one. It was tricky for him beacuse I didn't have established credit but some how he pulled it off for me. We test drove a couple cars the first one I liked a lot but once I popped the hood I saw a little smoke coming from the engine I didn't think anything of it but being the amazingly nice man Ashvin is he told me it's probably not a good idea. I was behond blown away he said that beacuse any other sales man would have came up with a false excuse. He treated me as a friend and not as a dollar sign I respected that more than anything, I would highly recommend for anyone to buy from here! I've been leasing for 5 years from Patrick Cadillac. I've always had great experiences with the sales people, although I cannot remember the guy's name. However, service wise, no doubt Pete deserves a medal. I mean over 5 years into my lease and no matter the issue, no matter who's fault, no matter how snarky I got, that man found a way to help while being respectful and professional. A ++ for the entire service department.

Bought a used Lexus 2011, when we got home there was dog hair in the back compartment that had not been cleaned. In addition, I was preapproved for loan from another company and it should have only taken a couple of hours to purchase at the most, the whole process left us in the dealership for over 4 1/2 hours and there was only one other customer there. We drove from out of state in Iowa, the registration which was paid at time of purchase included in preapproved loan took over 7 weeks to receive plates and registration. Temporary is only good for 1 month. So we could not drive new vehicle for 3 weeks illegally. We reported to our Iowa Dot/Linn Co treasurer which called the dealership Patrick Cadillac and 2 days later the Iowa plates and registration was overnight mailed sent from Patrick Cadillac.
On March 16, 2021, I brought my car in for a routine Oil change and filter. I also needed my navigation checked as Patrick Cadillac had replaced maybe 1 to 2 years ago and just recently it was not working properly. As luck (or not) has it my Fab was not working correctly even though I brought it to Heritage Cadillac to have the battery replaced. Upon arriving at Patrick Cadillac I meet the service advisor who must have been having a bad day. However, please do not take it out on the customer. I asked the advisor a question and he replied rudely and snubbed me as though he could care less. I drew his attention to it and he just dismissed it. You really have to upset me to get me to the manager and that he did. The service Manager Andrew came and talked with me and handled the situation so professionally I felt it necessary to write this review and give him and the new service advisor Shane the recognition they deserve. I told Andrew I did not want to work with the Advisor that belittled me. Car dealers are a dime a dozen I could go anywhere to be treated poorly. What differentiates the dealers is plain and simple SERVICE and HONESTY!!!
The service advisor who was rude did come and apologize which I appreciated immensely. But a big thank you to Andrew the Service Manager and Shane the Service Advisor for turning a bad situation into something positive. I hope Patrick Cadillac gives them the recognition they deserve!! Thank you again for your honest and helpful assistance.
We are car people. In the last 2 years alone we ve adopted 7 cars and can say that working this dealership was an absolute joy! I hate negotiating with car salespeople more than anything. I walked into the dealership and was met by Dominic Letizia. I did my homework and I knew what I wanted. After test driving a few cars, we sat down and Dominick brought in his boss Rocco. We explained to him what we were looking for and a short time later, they made it happen. I couldn't be happier as this was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. All the sales people were friendly as they helped in the process. This is my first Cadillac and I am very pleased with my car. I wish all my car buying experiences could be as simple as this one.
Our Escalade, unfortunately, was totaled due to the latest set of floods. So, we need a replacement. To start with, we did quite a research, and in the end, we decided to go for the same. Since we did buy the other Escalade from Patrick as well, we started with them. Now, not only Patrick had a very good deal, they also were friendly and knew that they dealt with a formed customer. All I can say is Mr. Grant Klufetos was very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. As with all the latest internet price wars, the dealers do not want to negotiate much. But not here. Again, Grant Klufetos offered us a great deal, which we cannot refuse. So we left home with a new "baby", which we love. Thanks Grant Klufetos and Patrick Cadillac !!!!!

This dealer is top of the line i bought a 2012 fiat and Roger summers was my sales man he treated us very good like if we were buying a 85,000 dollar cadillac this guy is great dont matter if its 5,000 or 100,000 car he does a great job in keeping a good name for the dealer and keeping customers happy but the finance lady was goofy at first but (i guess she was tired it was 9 at night) i waited for my bank interest rates next morning and she did a great job .love my car and got the best pricing for this car in the whole chicagoland area. My vehicle was services because a small piece of chrome had come off, from the vehicle. The service I received was excellent (as usual), we have full warranty. I am an RN, going to school (graduating this spring Family Nurse Practitioner), and I traveled extensively completing my classes in another state and I love traveling in my Cadillac SRX, especially since I have roadside service which, I used one night for a flat tire! I am so very grateful to Mr. John Melus, who sold us our vehicle! I can't say enough good things about Cadillac's and excellent service!

They complete the required services and ask about any other issues, investigate and correct as necessary in a timely and quality fashion. What more can a customer ask?
Absolute scam of a service department, charged $350 and two hours of work to replace one single lightbulb for my mother's car. I am appalled and upset that they take advantage of their customers in such a way. I can guarantee that they will never see service from our family again. I would love to see an explanation of this atrocious service and compete ineptitude of their technicians.
