We recently purchased our Volvo XC90 with Ashvin s assistance. He was very courteous and knowledgeable about the models and the various options. We visited 3 other Volvo dealers in the Chicagoland area and ended up coming back to Patrick Volvo and Ashvin as he did not use high pressure sales tactics and was able to get us a great deal on the car and our trade in. I would highly recommend him for all your future Volvo needs.

For the first time since I started bringing my car...

For the first time since I started bringing my car there in 2 years, I had a problem. My passenger headlight was partially shattered and I spoke with service manager when I got home but he says he didn't see anything on security footage. The only way I found out was when I circled car when I parked at home to see if car wash was done ( which was not done ) and I noticed headlight. I think I would have heard something hit it on way home from Cadillac dealer which I didn't. Sad thing is that I don't think Cadillac would have paid for it regardless even if I checked car while there because "security footage doesn't show anything". Manager stated a discount for repair but for that, I will buy and replace myself for less. I think its unfortunate but that's business. Thank you for past service but I will try different Cadillac dealer and learn from experience.

I must be honest, at first I was really skeptical ...

I must be honest, at first I was really skeptical about going to Patrick Cadillac. I read a whole host of reviews from other engines and it was a mixed bag. I don't take reviews as the end all be all, but, it had me second guessing. Fast forward to the credits... I am so glad I did follow my own mind and reach out to this dealership. Please take my humble word for it... If you need a good deal and want to be done right and not like some number, you have to call Merza or Mike. Both of them worked together to help me get my deal on my used 2018 ATS. I drove off the lot with it today and I am COMPLETELY satisfied with the entire experience. Merza even came in on his day off in street cloths to hand me my keys himself. I'd already signed the dotted line and the deal was in the bag when I left them over the weekend. That was A1 service to me and I'll never forget. Again, when you call this dealership, ask for Merza and if he's not available ask for Mike... You won't regret it!!

I just bought my first certified per owned Cadilla...

I just bought my first certified per owned Cadillac and couldn't be happier. Andrew at the dealer was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the car I was looking at. A lot of dealers are pushy and won't leave you alone. Complete opposite here. I was emailing and calling back and fourth for a few days with Andrew before I came in to buy it. Not once did he pressure me to come in. I got all the info i needed then went in to drive it, and the deal was done. The Used car manager Mike was also very helpful during the quick painless process. This is my first Cadillac, and I already know I'll be back there for my next one! Thanks again Andrew!!

Ashvin our salesman and Justin the sales manager were both so knowledgable and laid back in their approach. We never once felt pressured or rushed -it made such a difference especially compared to the other car buying experiences we've had.

This review is in regards to the service department. I brought my vehicle in after a horrible experience at Motorwerks Cadillac. Patrick Cadillac employees, Shane (assistant service manager) and Peter (service manager) were extremely professional and assured me the service was covered under warranty. They provided outstanding customer service and I would highly recommend you to give this place your business as I can guarantee you your vehicle will be in good hands. They also do not try to push unneeded service and I didn t feel pressured at all. Even the porter, Jordan, did an outstanding job at getting me my loaner and explaining to me everything about the vehicle prior to me leaving the service bay. Overall I am extremely pleased and look forward to my next service with Patrick Cadillac as I know they are trustworthy folks.

Secondly their service is exceptional and their maintenance plan is outstanding. Where else can you go for free oil changes, tire rotations and free car watches. All in all the it's the best dealer I ever worked with.

The salesman Merza Merza took care of me.
He made sure that he was dealing with me and only me until I left.
Quick and painless.

I would recommend asking for Merza.
I was in and out of there and satisfied with my new automobile.

My experinece with John Malus and the entire Patrick Cadillac team was absolutley seamless. John went out of his way to search for and find the exact car that I was looking for. He drove through a snow storm to pick it up for me and had it ready and waiting on the day and time that he promised. John's effort made a big diference in my buying decision...other dealers were not as helpful, and they could not present a better price either. I've purchased many cars in my day and have not been as pleased as I am with this buying experience. The car is fantastic, the salesman, John, bent over backward to get ne the car on-time and at the right price! What more can I say, John and Patrick Cadillac are great.

I had an outstanding experience at Patrick Cadillac earlier this week! I was ready for a new vehicle after driving the same car for 13 years and made up my mine to check out the Cadillac's. I stopped in at Heritage Cadillac, near my home, and unfortunately, was not taken seriously at all. The customer service there was horrible. I was never invited to take a test drive, but promised calls the next day. Monday morning I went on a website to build the vehicle that I was interested in and this site generated emails / phone calls from dealers in my area. I immediately received a call from the internet manager at Patrick Cadillac with information on vehicles that I might be interested in. I was impressed with her knowledge and enthusiasm about the SRX. She eagerly invited me to come out to test drive the vehicles she had in mine. I met with Steve Popp, when I arrived that evening, and he and the other staff I encountered were very welcoming. Steve and I took a test drive and discussed pricing. Steve was full of information about the features of the SRX and sincerely committed to my satisfaction. To my surprise, I drove home that evening, (15 miles) with the vehicle of my choice and the pricing that worked for me. There was never any pressure from the staff or compromising, on my part. Thanks to Steve, and the managers at Patrick Cadillac, my first experience with a Cadillac purchase was most satisfying. I am truly enjoying my SRX! I look forward to being a repeat customer!!

I purchased a new CTS from Patrick, and was happy ...

I purchased a new CTS from Patrick, and was happy with the salesman and the purchase process. That, however, is where anything I have to say about Patrick Cadillac is positive. I was told to bring the car back in a week to take car of a small scratch that was on the rear bumper cover. I brought it back, and 7 days later, was told my car was ready. The next morning, I saw that the scratch had been repaired, but I noticed that the black plastic trim on the drivers door had an area about the size of a thumb print where the black color had been removed, and was now an off white color. I called Patrick and was told to bring it in the next day. Once again, 7 days later, I was told my car was ready. I went to pick it up at night, and saw that the plastic trim piece had not been replaced, and still showed the white circle on it. I was apologized to, and told to bring it back the next day when the shop manager would be in. When I got home in my garage, I was shocked to find that my windshield had black paint over spray on it, and the entire section on the drivers side over both front and rear doors had been crudely sanded down and repainted. There were sanding swirl marks in the sheet metal of the car, and the chrome trim over both doors, from front to back had been sanded, and now looked like brushed aluminum instead of a chrome finish. I was on the phone first thing in the morning, and was told to bring t back in "when the salesman" who sold me the car was in! I explained it had nothing to do with any salesman, and asked to be transferred to the body shop. I spoke to the body shop manager, who told me that my car had never been in his shop, there was no record of it! I then spoke to the sales manager, who told me that "sometimes, we send cars out to other body shops, and that's what happened." WE didn't do any work on your car, Carneca Auto Body Shop did." I was told to bring my car back in, and they would take care of it. Five days later, I picked up my car, the paint and sanding imperfections were taken car of, but the chrome trim was still horrible looking after having been sanded, and the mark on the plastic trim STILL wasn't fixed. I was told they would call me in "a few days" to schedule the repairs." No one ever called. I called Steve Kahn, Customer Relations Manager over a dozen times and left messages. He never returned my calls. I contacted GM and filed a complaint. GM called my every single business day for over a month to report to me what they were doing. They would call Patrick EVERY SINGLE DAY and were lied to, being told that Patrick would call me that day, and take care of everything. No one ever contacted me from Patrick. GM apologized to me, and said there was nothing they could do. The GM rep was shocked by the lies that were told to her by Patrick staff. My family has bought cars from Patrick for over 30 years, and this is how I was treated. The absolute WORST dealer I have ever dealt with. I am PROUD to say that I have successfully talked 4 people so far out of buying a vehicle from the Patrick Group, and I will continue to do so. STAY CLEAR OF THESE LIARS!

The maintenance of the vehicle was fine. It was the detailing of the vehicle that I was NOT pleased with. Residue from the products used were leftover in certain spots of the car. The car mats were in the trunk instead of being placed back into the vehicle. There were paint chips in the front of vehicle as well as on front right/left side.

It was my first lease and i didn t know much about it, i asked openly what the process was and was told something completely different than what actually transpired. This place sucks and i will never recommend let alone purchase a car from these crooks again.

Got my vehicle here in August. Super great experience with Sales; Steve Popp is a Rockstar. The finance team, however, horrible horrible horrible! I don't know what they're doing...twisting their numbers around to make things work, but come October, I'm still getting phone calls that we owe more money. 3 months later? Really??? If they put everything on the BOS correctly to begin with, things would have been itemized, eliminating these issues.

Do not buy a vehicle there. I bought a cadillac with certified warranty and paid cash. Car had issues before I bought it had the same issues after I bought it. They promised to fix everything but only did partial job. Then when speaking to Cadillac this dealership never filed the car for certified warranty. I drove 2 hours for an ongoing issue (taken in 4 times to be told nothings wrong or at another dealer it would be $300 to fix (hmm not covered) Last week I got there they stated warranty was up 4 days prior but never said to come in a week earlier when I made the appt. so it would be covered. (Never had one?) Then for Cadillac to say Patrick never took out the warranty? Service Dept lies and treat you terrible. No customer service they act like robots I have an email when I bought the car from the Manager stating there was a glitch in system and he would make sure certified warranty was there. Been driving a Cadillac with the stereo turned up so I cant hear the wind outside. DONT BUY ALL LIES, LIES, LIES Worst car sales ever!!! And they all know they did this. Shame on them. How can you steal, cheat and lie when some people work hard to get a car. I wasnt a rich person buying a new cadillac. I trusted them to do the right thing. 2 1/2 years still the same.

I purchased a 2008 Honda Civic at Patrick. Salesperson was Mr. Mikhail Vilchik. Awesome experience. Car was near mint (2008 Honda Civic with 60K miles) and Mikhail was great. Not pushy or overbearing like some/most salespeople can be at car lots. I am tough to please and would NEVER write a positive review unless I truly had a great experience. Although I didn't get the car for what I was asking, the dealer seemed reasonable and fair. Took the car to my mechanic next day. Said it was the cleanest 2008 Civic they had ever seen.

Even the manager was great.

I highly recommend this car dealership. I don't think I have ever recommended a car dealer before. The steelerships as I usually call them normally try to screw the customer for every last dime they can. What happens? They don't come back next time.

It seems like Patrick isn't like the rest. They make a reasonable amount of profit on a sale and the customer gets a quality automobile at a reasonable price. Imagine that!

Last December I walked into Patrick Cadillac to trade two cars. I was immediately greeted by reception and introduced to Grant. He immediately sat down with me to have an honest discussion about my family and our needs in vehicles. We had been a repeat Mercedes owning family and I had plenty of research done ahead of time and the types of cars that would best suit our lifestyle. Not only did we take the test drives, but he dove into all of the details and made sure I understood the features and options available to me on the cars. I walked away with one leased SRX and a pre-owned ESV. He made sure the ESV was in top shape before the sale and gave us a loaner for the SRX until the one I wanted was available to take home. The ongoing support with questions and service I have received to this point has been superb. I would not only recommend Patrick Cadillac as a whole, but Grant in particular. His level of professionalism and customer service is something that didn't go unnoticed. On a side note, I am also very impressed by the level of luxury and features Cadillac has put into their newer cars.

Excellent service and experience at Patrick Cadillac with salesman Sam Tomaino! If you are looking to purchase or lease a Cadillac, this is the place to go! After stopping at a prior dealer and coming into Patrick asking for assistance, I met Sam. It was the best decision I could have made. Sam not only was cordial, but also understood my needs, wants, and price range. I leased my vehicle through Sam and went back to purchase a vehicle for my father. I have recommended Patrick Cadillac to friends and family, because of the treatment and respect I receive from Sam all the time. There is nothing better than the employee representing and taking pride for the Company they work for, and conveying it to customers who either are looking or are interested in Cadillac. Required over $2000 repairs in first 30 days. Purchased a used vehicle from dealership in December 2011 and within first 30 days engine light went on and it was discovered the vehicle needed over $2000 in repairs. (Low oil psi, cylinder misfire and loose front tie rods - one dangerously loose). Contacted the dealership to see if there was anything they could do, but has not offered any help to correct the problem.

One Word: MERZA!! I had a difficult situation with another dealer and got a bad feeling. I called Merza, he worked to match the deal, and even picked me up at the airport. My Certified 2018 Escalade ESV was exactly as promised and loaded up with water and snacks for my trip back home. No pressure to buy extended warranties. We even did a face time session to look at the car before I hopped on a plane. He took his time showing me all the features of the vehicle and had me on my way in under 90 minutes. I HIGHLY recommend contacting Merza and his manager Mike Ruiz for your next Cadillac.

John Melus and Mary Jo Karch from Patrick Cadillac were the deciding factors in my decision to purchase a CTS-V after one year of shopping several dealers. Both were very patient putting together our transaction before a Feb 1 deadline when rebate offers were set to expire. The only down side is that I now realize a new Buick purchase I made for my wife in the interim from another dealer was not as good of a deal as I had thought at the time.....Live and Learn!.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE !!!! I bought a car and didn't receive my title and plates for over 8 months after I purchased it. They continued to make mistakes when filing the information with the Secretary of State (they admitted to me these mistakes). I couldn't drive my car for 5 months after my temporary tags expired (3 months). They continued to just blame the Secretary of State though. They wouldn't offer me anything for compensation. And, when I contacted Cadillac corporate, the only thing they'd offer me is 1 oil change. Come on!!! Stay away from this dealership.

Called to come in for a recall. Brought the car in and had the service done and got an oil change. Less than 100 miles later a noise appears. They claim nothing they did would cause a noise and followed up with $185 just to take a look. Horrible customer service! Planned on looking at new cars but they just lost a customer for life.

Tom Mavraganis, Client Advisor, was very thorough. Nicole Schomer, Finance Director, went an extra mile to make this deal happen. Overall, five (5) star rating is not enough to describe the honesty and professionalism that I have received. So I brought my car in with an appointment at 900 ...

So I brought my car in with an appointment at 900 in the morning to have a brake fluid flush and a general checkup because I just bought the car from another dealer. I called them at 300 to ask status and they said they have not looked at it yet!! The excuse was waiters take priority over vehicles left. Bad practice in opinion what have an appointment then? On top of that I was told I have 3 bent rims. I don't feel any vibrations or noises so this could be a lie. I'm actually glad they could not perform the brake fluid service because they wanted to charge me 189 dollars for it where I got it Don at another cadillac dealer for 115.00. Never going back there again!!

I always make it a point to clean my car before go...

I always make it a point to clean my car before going in for service (I think when guys in the garage admire a good looking car...they treat it like their own!!!) so I was surprised to note the creases to my running board as my ELR was coming down off the hydraulic lift. I mentioned this to service manager and he said mechanic denied hurting my pride and joy. Unfortunately I cannot prove it was caused by the 2 visits to service (oil change and evaluation for burning oil smell) and I gave 1 star just because manager offered Cadillac would split the cost to fix (estimated at their body shop) -but I AM NOT paying 1000.00$ for something I did not do. Lesson: video a once around your car walk BEFORE you drop off to service here!!! NOT GOING BACK

I use consumer reports to review cars prior to purchasing. Patrick is part of that program and pricing was very competitive. What sold me on Patrick was their entire sales team. Tola let me take a new s60 inscription awd platinum edition for an overnight review. My biggest family complaint of my old s60 was legroom in back. This version was answer. There are lots of new safety toys in new version to make it even a better car. I'd recommend Patrick Volvo to anyone.

Buyer / Lessee BEWARE - Patrick Cadillac installed aftermarket Vogue Rims on a 2015 ATS which I leased as new. After the first year the chrome began peeling. By 35 months the chrome was off the entire inside of the rims. The face was still good with no driver caused damage. Rims were a manufacturer defect. Vogue discontinued the rims and offered a prorated warranty. They are wanting $600 to repair the rims. Patrick Cadillac did not stand behind the product that they purchased and had install and the car warranty which is 4years 50,000 mile warranty does not cover aftermarket items installed.

BEWARE of the aftermarket items installed on your new car. It is not covered by GM and Patrick Cadillac shirks responsibility leaving the owner/lessee responsible for excessive wear and tear on a manufacturer defect item. Vogue Rims

If you ve owned any other high end vehicle and have visited their service department you will definitely be disappointed with Patrick Cadillac. From the time I entered to the time I left I felt like a third class citizen. I would say that this might be the norm but since I have dealt with other service departments such as (Lexus, Audi) I know this is not the case. Some do it right and you get what you pay for and some do not.

I have bought many cadillacs. The gears are stiff on new car so I took my car in. Not one person said I am sorry lets what we can do. I will not ever deal with GM again. I did lose my cool with them but GM dealerships are all the same. No one can do anything.

This dealership is everything! I went there and was treated well. My salesperson's name was Rogers Summer! A very great guy! He was very patient and nice. He went through all the details that I needed to know about the car that I wanted. He was very friendly, professional, and understand my situation. I end up going back after a few days to purchase the car because they gave me so many options that I didn't see elsewhere. I gave them a 5 stars because they really deserve it. Rogers is the guy, whoever that want to go there, please ask for him, you will not be deceived. I will definitely do business here again.

I have been hesitant to write this review for quit...

I have been hesitant to write this review for quite some time now, in fear of making my situation with Patrick Collision Center worse. On March 22nd 2019, 3 weeks after I had my daughter, I was hit while driving my Cadillac that I lease from Patrick Cadillac. Thankfully, the only that was hurt was my vehicle. I shouldn t say thankfully because, since then my car remains at the collision center. My daughter just turned 5 months old!
During the past 4.5 months, we have been told everything under the sun about why we still do not have our vehicle. First it was a part that was on back order, then it was a paint issue, then it was an assembly issue. Finally, my boyfriend and I had had enough of the excuses and went to Patrick Cadillac to see if we could get out of our lease and into another vehicle. Patrick Cadillac s response was to get us into another Cadillac that was $200 more than we currently pay. Luckily, we got a call from the collision center that our car would be ready at the end of the week. That was six weeks ago and we still do not have our vehicle. I have been contacting the collision center every week since then and continually get the same response that our car will be ready by the end of the week. Latest, the beginning of next week.
At this point, we have exhausted all of our resources trying to get our car back. We went into Patrick Cadillac today to see again, if we could get out of our lease and into another vehicle. And again, their response was to offer another Cadillac that was more expensive but this time, we would need to put $5000 down in order to get the car. We can not afford that. Did I mention that we are still paying $450 a month for a car we do not have?
Today, I was told that there is yet another part back order and there is no eta to get the part or have our vehicle back to us.
I have called Cadillac customer service multiple time, contacted the insurance company, visited and called both the Patrick Cadillac and the collision center to no avail. So, now I m turning to social media. If you have any tips of how to best handle this situation, please let me know. Although, it pains me to continue to waste energy on this situation, I will continue to call and write everyone until this is rectified. Wish me luck that this all comes to an end soon!

Outstanding dealership. I traveled from TN to purchase a pre-owned Cadillac STS from them a few months back. Upon arriving in IL to check out the car, I was pleased to find that indeed the car was the true gem they represented over the phone and more. The sales and finance staff all get 5 stars for the level of customer attention and assistance extended. The price was right, and purchasing from out-of-state and having the car shipped all went unbelievably flawlessly. Getting permanent tags did have a few hiccups, but the Patrick team was all over it doing what they could do to smooth that out-of-state DMV process along also. Based on my experience with them, I would most definitely recommend the dealership to family and friends - and buy from them again in the future.

Working with Patrick Cadillac on our recent lease was great. Grant was very helpful throughout the process. He gave us a straight forward quote up front, explained everything clearly (including a tutorial of the car) and delivered the car at the end of the process. Patrick Cadillac provided the best experience I've had to date purchasing/leasing a car.

Merza Merza (not a typo), our salesman was in a word awesome! He went the extra 10 miles to ensure that our purchase was exactly as we wanted it even after we left with the car. Look for him if you want to buy from Patrick Cadillac. Hannah in the Internet Sales department called within 60 seconds of my casual request for more info on CarMax. She was very friendly, attentive and even dropped by after we arrived at the dealership. Avoid their finance department. All in all a good experience. I would shop there again.

Too many games.... The "Let me go talk to my manager bit, is played out." Especially, if I'm watching you walk in a circle. Stop the games and get the sale. 100 dollars off a cadillac will do "Nothing" for no one!
