I bought my vehicle through Patrick Cadillac, and they were amazing to deal with. Our sales associate, Merza, was very friendly and super helpful. There were no pressured sales tactics. We test drove three vehicles and purchased the SRX. We were in and out of the financing department within minutes. It is a great vehicle. I couldn t be happier with it. Merza took the time to show us all the gadgets in the vehicle and followed up with a phone call to make sure we were happy with our purchase and inquired whether we had any questions. I truly enjoyed this car-buying experience. The dealership was truly professional in every sense.

Joey was awesome and worked hard for us. He also appreciated my husband's negotiations. It's nice to see salesmen recognize each other's skills. Thank you to all at Patrick and for Joey to also meet me in the new SRX to give me a tour of the new vehicle with my toddler sleeping in the back seat. He had no problem with a call asking him to come out to the lot instead of meeting inside. We are so excited to drive it that we steal it from the garage from each other!

Truth be told the Patrick Cadillac family. Is genuine to all of your honest needs. I'm a home care provider personal assistant. I care for my elderly disabled parents. Joshua is very integritive, honest and supportive. To our family and the staff is supremely professional. The environment is pristine and very inviting. Including the service area and bays. I would recommend anyone even visiting. The Schaumburg area from another state or country. I didn't receive any payment or incentives for this review. It's just the God honest truth. From a satisfied customer's experience. !! !!!!

Dont waste your valuable time and money at this "dealership" drive a few more miles to heritage and experience a real Cadillac dealership. Worst experience from car establishment!! I purchased the new escalade from Patrick back when they were located on Golf rd so I figured I'll give them my business again. Unfortunately, this was a bad mistake. A few friends were going to heritage in Lombard to place a deposit for the new escalade in January. I figured I'd try Patrick thinking the process would be more fruitful as I was a retuning customer. Wow, was I wrong.. They told me everything I wanted to hear (price, specks, early delivery) to take my deposit in January! My friends left the deposit a week after me and got their cars in June. Here I am end of August no car with my deposit still at dealership in hopes I'll get my car. I worked with steve and enzo.. Steve's a great guy but can only do so much as management controls final say. He couldn't abide by his words because enzo stated that the car was in high demand and they wanted the most they can get for it. So why was I quoted a certain price and why was a deposit taking from me for that agreement? Furthermore they got a car in which wasn't what I asked for, but since I was waiting I figured I'll settle for it. So enzo quotes me a price much higher then expected and wanted to give me eight thousand less for my car then what car max offered me. When I should him the quote from carmax he just made up excuses and said give him a few days. What a joke he is!!! Buyers be aware heritage is a few miles away, largest dealership in Midwest and they have a lot more volume. If I could go back in time I'd already have the vehicle like I wanted.

We closed the deal and signed the paperwork in less than a hour. I was pleasantly surprised. I would highly recommend seeing salesman Ashvin Shah for a good deal

This dealership has been awful. The only great person there is salesman Merza. First we were told they couldn't find the key to the Benz we purchased and they said they would send us a check to get it replaced. They wanted to send a check for 200.00 when the key was over that. After arguing and taking over a week they called Mercedes told me it was taken care of to take the car in that they sent a check. Once I called Mercedes they said no they told us you would pay it. Then after that they only gave me temp plates for 30 days. Never advised me that they use a 3rd party for their tags registration and whatnot. I called to have my temp plates extended because they were expired they refused to have it done. Told me I had to speak to nationwide I called Nationwide they said they can't talk to me because I'm not the dealer. Weeks later I get a call from DMV saying my plates are in and I owe 389.00! Howwww I called multiple times no one wants to return my calls then I finally get ahold of Joe in finance and he argues with with. I told him the loan includes the 1,464.00 for the fees plus the additional 175.00 for using Nationwide and I wanted to k ow why they only wrote out a check to DMV for 1,200.00 when my loan included the full charge. Joe kept arguing with me saying the 175.00 fee was included in the 1464.00 I told him it was not and I had the paperwork right infront of me. I still don't have my plates and the dealship is still trying to rip me off when its all included in the loan! I have a lawyer and will be calling secretary of state to report them. I even had to have my DMV call Nationwide because there is a mistake and the dealship wont pay it. Basically they will out everything on a loan and then not pay the fees they need to and try to screw you over. Stay away!!!! Plus it doesn't help that I had to drive 4 hours to get the vehicle and now they are causing all these issues its been nothing but harassment from the dealship!

My sales guy Mike was courteous and never pushy. He was super helpful staying an hour after closing to help me. Entire staff at Patrick was terrific. Very helpful no hidden fees. I would highly recommend Patrick Cadillac to anyone in the market for a car.

I have purchased an automobile from Ed Gesualdo at Patrick Cadillac in the past. I had been waiting for the new XTS Platinum Cadillac to be released and as soon as it was available, Ed Gesualdo called me. Since the XTS is a new model, Ed Gesualdo was prepared and explained all the new features available on this new car. I had done some research on trade ins and new car prices. Ed Gesualdo and Patrick Cadillac provided me with a no haggle sale. The complete transaction took very little time. I have purchased a new Cadillac every other year since 1980 and until I dealt with Ed Gesualdo I was always uncomfortable. Ed Gesualdo is a credit to Patrick and to the Cadillac Motor Car Division. Beside the pleasant sales experience, the new XTS Platinum Cadillac is the finest car I have ever owned.

On Wednesday, April 5th I purchased a 2015 Cadillac SRX from Patrick Cadillac in Schaumburg. I had researched numerous dealers within a 50 mile radius of my home. In dog years I'm 9 so I've had numerous car buying experiences. I did my homework and knew exactly what I wanted and what I believed was a fair price. I visited 2 other dealerships prior to traveling 40 miles to Patrick Cadillac. In both cases my experiences left me feeling that I was playing a chess game . Once I got to Patrick Cadillac and met with GM Mike Ruiz and salesman Brett Johnson my faith in humanity was restored. It quickly became apparent that I was dealing with 2 professional individuals that treated me with the utmost respect. Their approach was to sell me a vehicle only if both parties felt it was a fair price. Brett answered all my questions in a professional and knowledgeable manner. He was very thorough during the entire negotiating and purchasing process. It's no secret car buying can be a stressful experience. Not so at Patrick's. I left that night with my new vehicle. My only regret is I will most likely have my service performed at a local Cadillac dealership due to the 40 mile drive. I do know if I have any concerns I can rely on Brett and Mike to address them. I was asked if I would write a brief summary of my experience, something I rarely do. This is as brief as I could be. I highly recommended Patrick's Cadillac. My thanks to Mike and Brett for their personal attention.

I have recently bought a Volvo from Patrick Cadillac/Volvo in Schaumburg, IL. I live in Kansas, so all formalities were done over phone and Internet. Jeff Zeitler was the advisor working with me. He was very nice, very helpful and available anytime. In short time, I flew to Chicago to finalize my purchase. Jeff picked me up from the airport, answered all my questions and made sure I am satisfied with the purchase. Very pleasant experience! I will come back to Patrick Cadillac/Volvo in the future and would recommend them to anybody.

I had a great experience when purchasing my SRX. I didn't know much about the car when coming in to the dealership. Steve Popp was my salesman and I really was impressed. He was patient and kind. He spent alot of time going over the car and making sure I felt confident with my decision. He even followed up with me afterward to make sure I was pleased with my purchase. I would definitely purchase another car from Patrick Cadillac, as long as Steve Popp was my salesman.

I would recommend NOT buying anything from this dealer. I purchased a vehicle out of state and the vehicle arrived with damages that could not be seen on dealers photos and we're not disclosed even when I specifically asked about any damages. They could be seen on bill of lading photos from shipper once I noticed them after the vehicle arrived. It was like pulling teeth to get them to assume responsibility, they finally did after weeks of threatening with lawsuits. I had one final question about the registration service cause the temp tags they provided expired and no response at all. Do yourself a favor and find another dealer.

I purchased a car end of July and I must say, it was probably the best experience I ve ever had at a dealership. In the past, I have been so turned off by either the pushy salesmen, snotty attitudes, the suits and either the ones that don t really want to be bothered, but not here. Mikhail Vilchik waited on me because the original lady was busy and he was very pleasant. Because of his accent, he didn t seem to mind when I asked him to repeat something a few times. He worked with me and we got the deal done! I appreciate great customer service and honesty. I used my own financing but that wasn t an issue. They held the car with my credit card but didn t even take the deposit out since it took me 1 day to fund the purchase with my bank. If you re looking for a Cadillac s or possibly a used luxury car, please check them out first and ask for Mikhail Vilchik! Thanks for making it a good experience!

For the first time since I started bringing my car...

For the first time since I started bringing my car there in 2 years, I had a problem. My passenger headlight was partially shattered and I spoke with service manager when I got home but he says he didn't see anything on security footage. The only way I found out was when I circled car when I parked at home to see if car wash was done ( which was not done ) and I noticed headlight. I think I would have heard something hit it on way home from Cadillac dealer which I didn't. Sad thing is that I don't think Cadillac would have paid for it regardless even if I checked car while there because "security footage doesn't show anything". Manager stated a discount for repair but for that, I will buy and replace myself for less. I think its unfortunate but that's business. Thank you for past service but I will try different Cadillac dealer and learn from experience.

I would like to share my recent experience at this dealership. I drove my 2016 Cadillac xts because my rear was bouncy and when I rotated my tires I noticed that there is oil on the rim from both rear shocks. When the car was diagnosed they told me that it wasn t leaking enough to be covered from the warranty. I bet if i was passed 50k they were going replace all four. I am so disappointed from their unprofessional attitude so I went the same day to a different Cadillac dealership and with no hesitation they replaced my shocks and diagnosed the whole car. I just won t recommend bringing your car and trust them!

He even had the car upgraded with the feature I wanted at no extra cost so I wouldn't have to wait for an oversea delivery. BEWARE!
I recently bought my 2016 Honda Pilot here all was well until I took it in for some repairs. My kids left Bluetooth headphones, movies, and other tech trinkets when we dropped the car off. When we got our car back all of these things were missing. The manager Jose Ortiz did nothing about it. I called several times and he said that there was nothing he could do about it. If you ever come and service your car here please take all of your valuables out of the car. Don t want anyone to go through what I went through.

I recently just got a new job as a pharmeseuticals sales representative and needed to upgrade my car fast! I had no idea what brand to get and why! Patrick Cadillac has so many great choices it was very difficult to choose from . My fear was getting scammed , because I'm a young attractive female. I have to say this was not the case here. A gentleman named Joey was there to greet me with a smile and lead me inside. As I was searching for vehicles Jeremy Rosales was there to aid in every step of the way. He wasn't to pushy unlike some other dealerships I had went to the day before near by. Jeremy was very knowledgeable and gave me a great price . I jumped oh of my 2010 Camary into a new Cadillac ATS that day! I normally don't write reviews, but this was one of the best experiences I've had at a dealership , thanks to Jeremy and the rest of the staff at Patrick Cadillac !

I had such a great experience at Schaumburg Cadillac. Alvaro met us out in the parking lot
Asking us if we needed any assistance, and we didn t even have an appointment. He was so patient and pleasant to work with. (We had our baby with us) After working with him we were them sent to Nicole in financing, and she is one of the greatest people I ve done business with. Once we brought our vehicle home I noticed that there were some scratches over the vehicle I hesitated on calling, but when I did Alvaro and Jose took care of everything. They provided me with a rental and my car was ready and pristine within a couple days. My mother lives out of state but is waiting to come in town just to buy a vehicle from this facility due to their customer service. I would highly recommend going here.

Do not buy a vehicle there. I bought a cadillac with certified warranty and paid cash. Car had issues before I bought it had the same issues after I bought it. They promised to fix everything but only did partial job. Then when speaking to Cadillac this dealership never filed the car for certified warranty. I drove 2 hours for an ongoing issue (taken in 4 times to be told nothings wrong or at another dealer it would be $300 to fix (hmm not covered) Last week I got there they stated warranty was up 4 days prior but never said to come in a week earlier when I made the appt. so it would be covered. (Never had one?) Then for Cadillac to say Patrick never took out the warranty? Service Dept lies and treat you terrible. No customer service they act like robots I have an email when I bought the car from the Manager stating there was a glitch in system and he would make sure certified warranty was there. Been driving a Cadillac with the stereo turned up so I cant hear the wind outside. DONT BUY ALL LIES, LIES, LIES Worst car sales ever!!! And they all know they did this. Shame on them. How can you steal, cheat and lie when some people work hard to get a car. I wasnt a rich person buying a new cadillac. I trusted them to do the right thing. 2 1/2 years still the same.

Thank you again Jeff for picking me up at the airport and treating me like a first class customer and the management for the full tank of gas in my new car for my drive back to Minnesota. I love my car and it was everything it was advertised to be and well worth going the distance for. I will certainly recommend your dealership to anyone looking to purchase a car. Like the service guys they are very helpful. My car is not to old not to new and still take care of it no matter what. These guys must be professionals because I take my car for service. Cadillacs are very complicated to be fixed and these guys handle all the pressure. The reason why I rated a 4 star and not a 5 was because the female that works in the service are not to sure what her name is but she works in the desk behind the service guys in the service office and she seemed to be laughing at me after a service guy asked me something . Rude, but other than that this place is great.

I would like to take a moment and say how IMPRESSED both my wife and I are with our new SRX Caddilac SUV but more importantly the level of Professionalism, Honesty and SERVICE our our sales rep..Sam Tomaino. From start to finish he was a pro and for him to give my wife new hope in believing again in "the good & fair" practices in the car industry was a real feat-haha. I would and will send anyone I know to Sam because he NEVER PUSHED and really LISTENED TO OUR NEEDS. Oh and one more thing..my wife accidentally left her vantity license plates at the dealership when picking up the new vehicle and Sam called and apologized and brought them plates to our house on his route back to his house at night. Bottom line...He didnt have to do that but He went above and beyond. You have a true asset on your team who really understands that customer service is #1. Keep up the great work!!

Drove from Brandon, SD to buy a Cadillac XTS. Car was used but in good condition with 40,000 miles. I drove it home, noticed two issues with the when I got home. Called Andrew (my salesman ) the next day and Patrick Cadillac Used Car Dept. took care of the issues. Andrew is a Great Salesman to deal with. Takes care of his customers even after the sale. I drove 540 miles to find a respectable car dealer in Illinois.
