Terrible recruitment agency. There is lack of support as the recruiter never calls back or forgets about the candidate entirely. It's sad when recruiters treat candidates like this because they don't consider the time wasted for the candidate and the emotional effects it has on a person.

It honestly baffles me how these scam artists earn a living.
I forwarded my CV to the relevant Paton sector recruiter to which she promptly contacted me. We had a brief chat as to what my career options were to which she indicated she was happy to have a chat and would confirm the relevant meeting details by sending me an invite. I indicated I could confirm availability once the invute was sent. A couple days later I receive an invite AFTER the proposed meeting time and her assistant attempts to call me several times.
I can't imagine this sort of attitude and lack of professional conduct was what the original founder's of this business intended.
Bottom line: avoid at all costs, they just out to place you even if the position isn't right and can barely conduct administrative functions.
