The filling station asked for sending in the documents- and nothing happened. The HQ customer service was involved: repeated the request: send the documents to the filling station. And NOTHING happened ever after! No answer anymore from the filling station, no answer anymore from "customer service" FRAUD! Who is my customer? You at Q8 obviously forgot what is the purpose of a filling station. NEVER AGAIN!!!!
