Excellent service very professional and very friendly and trained staff

Patino's Eye Care has excellent customer service. Everyone is kind and caring and always willing to help. Dr. Patino is also the best eye doctor. She's always willing to answer any questions or concerns you have. I really like the new location and the wide variety of glasses available.

I had a bad experience because I had pain in my eyes, thank God I had nothing but the doctors said I needed reading glasses and when I went to the girl in the eyeglass area she told me that I needed special glasses and that my Sure I did not pay it and it was charging me 455 dollars and I told him that I did not forget my prescription and then go back to ask for my prescription and the girl who was busy told me that the girl who works in the lens area give and when I asked he saw the computer and said it was something medical could not give it to me and the other girl gave it to me and I only needed reading glasses of 1.25 I bought Amazon 2 pairs one to read and one for the computer and only pay 27 dollars. It is true what the saying says the enemy of a Hispanic is another Hispanic

Dr. Patino is amazing! Her knowledge about eye care is astounding and makes me want to learn more about optometry and proper eye care. She will help you with anything from getting new contact lenses to an eye emergency to a regular check up. I have seen many new patients come in and by the end of the eye exam they make Dr. Patino their primary optometrist. They also have a huge selection of glasses to choose from. I strongly recommend Patino Eye Care for all of your eye care needs.

I have visited Dr. Patino for over 9 years but these last 3 years she has not made me the exact measurement of my lenses and that she specializes in being an Optometrist, I recommended 3 more people in my family for normal lenses .. And all a disappointment after they charge the insurance they pretend that one goes more than 6 times and nothing that they solved me ....

Do not pay in advance if you do not see a guaranteed job, and if the insurance is paying and you do not feel satisfied call the insurance company ... !!!

Worst experience I've ever had a doctor's office. Waited 40 minutes to be seen. Waited again for another 25 minutes after the exams to check out. After paying for both a glasses exam and a contact lens exam and contact lenses they refused do measurements for frames because I was not purchasing frames. There are multitudes of optometrists in the neighborhood I would go elsewhere. The physicians here care about selling glasses more than treating patients. Disgraceful.
