Very friendly but what really upset me was the way in which the receptionist answered Dr. She needed a DMV form to what she asked the receptionist for her and she told him to do Google, Dr. very sorry for her response politely, she did it and printed it and then returned with her patient while she talked with a co-worker. My son had an incident with his glasses (broke) and after contacting them, they went above and beyond to resolve the issue in no time. They had the new glasses and frames ready for pickup the next day. I can't say enough how pleased I am with their services.

The very nice girls when you want to buy them something, I wanted to make my new glasses, they asked me for my insurance information which I gave them clear. Seeing the prices of the lenses (very expensive) I decided to look for other options in terms of price since there are thousands of opticians and my insurance did not cover everything. I went that same day to other opticians and found a better price and better brands, and when they contacted my insurance they could not give authorization since these girls had not canceled the authorization they had been given, I do not understand why they asked for authorization if I had not given the yes to buy there and second: I left and said that I would look for better options and even so they did not cancel the authorization in my insurance, two days later I had to call and they told me that they had forgotten that they were going to cancel it and at To ask the question why they had opened the authorization and why they had not canceled it, they hung up the phone on me, I called several times and they hung up on me, which they always answer the phone. At that moment they ran out of the kindness with which they attend to you when you arrive.
