That Hershy guy was a dumbass clearly he didn't see the parking lot in the back plus they got the most bitchin phone jockeys this side of the Mississippi.
We use this service to order procedures for our employees when need be. On the phone they are rude and speak to you as if you are bothering them for calling. When you do schedule an appointment they ask for time slot or a window of time they can be there at and we have had multiple experiences of them showing up late. There was even an instance of one of the technicians showing up and lounging in the garden in the back while our employee was waiting. He then came in right at the very end of the time window we gave him. Would recommend looking into another company if you are considering using this service.
THEY HAVE VERY SLOW SERVICE AND STAFF INCLUDING THE PEOPLE WHO ANSWER THE PHONE (JASON IS ONE OF THEM) ARE VERY RUDE.
