These Macaroons are meh - flat and overly sweet. And, they send the wrong flavors, including flavors that my daughter is allergic to!!!!!!!!! Their customer service is also automated and terrible! Stay away!

They use to be a small caring company, the baker actually answered the phone years back. Now you can't get a person, and the quality of the product has gone down hill. I placed an extra order by mistake on their cite and called seconds later, they didn't answer and I was directed to send email. I did; no answer. I called again, and left another email. I was finally told that orders can't be canceled because they go directly to the kitchen, but days later my orders still said they hadn't been baked. Then to get meh macarons that I didn't order, and could kill my daughter, never again.
