I've interviewed here for a Project Management position and have loved everything about the company from what I have seen so far. This is definitely a great place to work.

Very bad customer support! Don't use it!!
I received a citation even during the parking time I paid through PassportParking mobile app. Called the support team and they asked me to send an email with receipt. No response after two days. I called the support hotline, their auto machine keeps saying my zone is not in the system (San Jose). When I finally talked to the customer service, they asked me to call another number, but it was a San Jose repair shop (??!!). I got the supervisor on the line and he promised to work on it, but I never received a response after I gave him my email address. It took me more than 30 mins to run around to get a solution and finally I have to write to the city by myself for contesting.
We all love start-ups in silicon valley and try out new cool things which are supposed to make our lives more convenient. (BTW, PayByPhone in SF never failed, in my experience). However, I'm disappointed with PassportParking which failed to manage their integration partners and manage their customer satisfaction. If the support services can't catch up with the expansion speed, it will leave a damage to the brand. FOREVER!!!
Great company! Awesome customer service and great products.
I would not recommend this service. Paid for several hours at a meter using their mobile app this past weekend. Came back to the car to a parking ticket. Calling their customer service line will only get you an automated system and not a person to help address the issue.
