Called to find diamond drying agent for baseball fields, the guy (John) that answered the phone said they had nothing for drying fields so I said can you tell me who may have any, he said I don t know call Home Depot
My husband said he talked to the mfg
Of Rain Out in Las Vegas and they told him Pasadena Sporting Goods in our area
So I called Pasadena Sporting Goods back to make sure
John was not helpful at all even when I told him the mfg said they carry it he said well we are out, I said then you do carry it, he said no I said which is it? Do you know when you will get it if your out I asked he said we don t carry it He said not in our retail store, I said so your out, you don t carry it I need to tell the mfg to not reference you when someone inquires for this area

I took the work to a "professional", I could have done it faster, for free, and a better job. All I wanted was 2 pair of baseball pants hemmed and side leg stripe added to 1. Gave them a 3rd pair to use as an example. Came back a week later, only hemmed 1 pair - woman didn't understand instructions which was written by store employee. I stood there while she added the stripe and hemmed the other pair. Crappy job on all the work. Work outrageously priced. Very poor customer service. No one there was a "professional". Store has been around forever, use to be great. Make PSG Great Again!

This place has a great selection and good price. Is a clean neat store. The employees were very helpful.

I would think twice about ordering from this company especially if you are not a large school. Poor customer service from our school rep....he went MIA.

Ordered through their website in September and I am still waiting for my gear. They took my money and no one will returns emails and/or calls. The person that answers the phone is no help and offers no help. I only gave it 1 star because I had to.

Our recreational BB league gets our uniforms and other equipment here. Uniforms come conveniently bagged by team and always on time.

Completely unprofessional company. Their sales representative was not forth coming about ordering nor shipping process. Once, my $300 hats were delivered (not custom made, used their generic templates available online) the woman/sales representative states there is a balance of almost $200 dollars. She then proceeded to justify her lack of communication about the shipping process which I paid an additional $50 for the hat to be delivered "next day" and were shipped two weeks later. Then, I had to drive to their store to pick up the package which was again never communicated. They are absolutely not accommodating to their customers. Horrible company. Completely displeased.

They took forever to make my letterman and contract said it would only take 1-2 months it took more than,when the dew date was over .

Great place to shop for team baseball Jersey's and Equipment. However, they do more than just baseball as they can accommodate to most sports. Gabby in Inside Team Sales is great to work with if you are ever needing anything ordered. Great attention to detail!

It s ok. But don t expect their staff to be able to tell you if they have something. I called and asked if they had track shoes and then specified spikes. He said yes so we drove over there. It s in a really sketchy part of town. And no, they didn t have what I asked for - after telling me they did. Turns out, they don t even carry those shoes!

Went to talk to them about ordering some youth football jerseys. . was not crazy about the price found a better deal . But was still using the embroidery shop to fix name plates and numbers ect . To still give them the business . Went in today to get a jersey number swap and was told since I didn't buy jerseys from them then they could not help me anymore .. smh you just lost tons of business from years to come and we where about to put our second order of 36 hats in. Not now .. I recommend shopping another shop in the area..

P.s. the ladies did a awesome job in the shop too bad the "owner" had to ruin what could have been years of business

They are so rude and are not accommodating at all. We will never use them again. Horrible customer service and don't expect them to help you.
