I have had the opportunity to work with Partyman a few times now and I can't say enough great things about them. As a wedding coordinator, it is so important to find vendors who are a breeze to work with and Partyman is simply one of the good ones. They have amazing food and will leave your guests talking about how tasty it was for a long time. Their staff is quick and professional and I will continue to recommend them to all my clients!
I highly recommend party man for any and all catering needs. They catered our wedding two weeks ago and the only word I can say is AMAZING. They were so communicative every step of the way. And the food the day of was absolutely delicious. And everyone raved about it. The service was so good and attentive and made sure everything ran smoothly and all our guests were happy. Partyman staff was always readily available to answer our questions and help us plan the logistics of our day (Megan Dexter was amazing). They were flexible and able to provide exactly what we wanted. I knew I wouldn't have to worry about a thing on the wedding day, and they did a fantastic job. Partyman catering did my sisters wedding last weekend. The service was above and beyond anything I ve ever experienced! The communication was excellent, they paid extra attention to every detail, the servers were all incredibly helpful, and the food was delicious!
I have two small boys ages 3 and 1 who were running absolutely everywhere the entire time. A server came to our table when it was our turn to go up for the buffet and offered to carry our kids plates and bring them back to the table.

I hired Partyman to cater my wedding this upcoming March, but unfortunately with personal issues and Covid, we had to cancel. Partyman was very understanding and refunded us our money without hesitation. The menu they created for us served our meat eaters and vegan friends with amazing dishes. I m sad I didn t get to try their food. But from a business standpoint, very professional and nice people.

From beginning to end, the staff at Partyman Catering exceeded our expectations. We worked closely with Emma throughout the entire process, and are very impressed. She was informative, fun and easy to work with, and answered every question that came her way in a timely manner. And believe me, we had lots of questions! The tasting event prior to the wedding was postponed due to COVID, but they were able to reschedule and pull it off prior to our wedding. The entire event was organized with a beautiful setup, especially each sweetheart table that was setup for all of the couples. We could tell they put a lot of time and effort into planning the event, as the details were all on point. To top it off, the food was fantastic as well. On our wedding day, the setup was organized and beautiful, the food was amazing and the staff were very professional. The staff also made sure I was taken care of - drinks, hors d oeuvres, you name it, if I wanted or needed something, they were on top of it. Jere and I are so grateful and appreciative for the entire staff at Partyman and will definitely recommend them for years to come!

Partyman Catering helped us host our wedding with over 200 guests at a local venue in Rochester, NY (The Village Gate). From the start of the process, my husband and I were very impressed by how quickly we received responses, feedback and personalized attention from Partyman Catering. Partyman Catering (Joe, Laura and the rest of the team) were sure to meet our needs, whether it be regarding our budget, food requests or other items including tables, chairs, linens, etc. We were blown away as we saw the entire production come to life on our wedding day. It was truly better than we could have ever imagined. Partyman not only catered to our needs for food, but they also provided a professional set-up and made our space look beautiful beyond words. Several guests commented on how wonderful the food was and how many choices we had to offer.
When we first started planning our wedding, my Father made only one request, which was there must be good food. Several days after the wedding, my Father is still talking about how good the food was and the professionalism that Partyman Catering provided to us; our most special day in our life. We hired Partyman to cater our wedding reception in Geneva, NY @The Cracker Factory. From the start, Amanda and the rest of the team worked through every aspect of the reception and how we wanted things to go. They were great to work with and are very experienced dealing with every aspect of your big day.
In the end, Partyman's staff helped with so much more than just the catering of our reception, they also helped make sure other aspects would go as smoothly as possible and wouldn't be something for us to worry about when its least convenient.

Partyman Catering is by far the BEST option out there. My husband and I could not have been happier that we chose them to cater our wedding on September 1, 2019 at Sonnenberg Gardens. Amanda is AMAZING and was so great to work with throughout the entire process. She took countless phone calls, emails, and texts from me and was always so kind and helpful. The tasting event for wedding couples was also a ton of fun! The food was delicious and it was really cool how they set up the venue with different china, silverware, tables, linens, flower arrangements, chairs, and more, so you could see exactly what you were choosing for your own wedding day. Partyman seriously has everything you would ever need for a wedding or any event. It was so nice to be able to rent the majority of the items we needed rather than providing them ourselves. Leading up to our wedding, we met with Amanda to finalize the details which really put me at ease going into the last several weeks before the wedding. On the morning of my wedding, the forecast was not looking good for our outdoor cocktail hour. Amanda called me to discuss what I wanted to do which I really appreciated. I know I almost gave her a stroke telling her that we were going to stick with the outdoor plan but she is an absolute BOSS and took control of everything! The weather held out and Partyman delivered an awesome cocktail hour for our guests! Unfortunately, my husband and I were off in the gardens taking pictures but the awesome staff at Partyman continued to bring us drinks and appetizers. We felt so special!
Sarah, from Partyman, was also so wonderful to have at the reception. We did not meet her until the day of the wedding but she took over when Amanda left and she was GREAT! The wedding was seriously the best day of our lives and it would not have been the same without Partyman!
