This company is spectacular! They always keep me notified about my parts that were shipped and the shipping dates. They're always available via email if I have questions or concerns. I've never had to wait long at all for any kind of response (A few hours at least, is all that I've had to wait). Plus, I receive my products very quickly, even if I shipped via ground. They have a wide variety of products at cheaper prices than most other companies.

I've only had good experiences with this location. The staff are pleasant and professional, parts ship in a timely manner.

Parts are always shipped late,wrong part, missing part or doa. The price markup is always 100% . In some cases even more expensive than a new part straight from the OEM. I even had a part that when I opened the box, the part and inside of the box smelled like an ash tray. I try to avoid this place like the plague.

They have a big car parking lot in the back where I parked over night. Getting unloaded took less than 30 min.

And they have big parking car you can park there for overnight

Slow unloading its been 5 hours they haven't start unloading me yet
