Parkview community hospital medical center, inc. Review

I'm a retired registered of 35 years. I know what great patient care should look like. I was seen in the ER in February this year. The entire professional staff including ER Nurses and Physicians, Radiology, Laboratory, and more etc treated me with utmost professionalism and empathy. I have recommended this hospital to family and friends. This will be my hospital of choice for my care now and future!

The staff were really nice! This is the second time going in and we get called in right away.

Please everyone, I urge you to not come here. Your safety is at jeopardy. The nurses, the doctors, the medical assistants, the phlebotomists (etc.) are no good here. They blatantly broke patient confidentiality multiple times right in front of me, I witnessed the charge nurse wear the same gloves from one patient to another, the charge nurse wreaked like cigarette smoke, the bed had BLOOD STAINS and the blankets were damp and smelly. This was hands down the worst "care" I've ever received from any medical facility. If you research this hospitals history- you'll see that at one point they were shut down. It won't be long until they are shut down once again. Whoever is reading this, I care about you. You deserve the best care possible, but you won't find it here. PLEASE go somewhere else. Dig deep into the reviews of this place. You'll see a pattern.

Amazing people here. Nice building, although a lady in the lobby was obviously not well mentally she was in the waiting room for hours. She asked front desk for water they told her they don't have Waters. Not telling her about the water fountain by the rest rooms. All the nurses and doctors were super professional. Front desk did seem to care. I felt like they knew her so she probably been here before maybe she rubed the staff the wrong way so the why I had a seance of revenge on their part....hospitality front desk... 6/30/2021 12am.

Great facility, the staff was amazing. I gave birth, the staff took good care of my baby and myself. A couple of weeks after they send me a card, very nice nurses! I recommend this hospital.

First time here and the worst service I have ever received in a hospital plus the unprofessional nurses. The nurse was staying to swap my 4 year old daughter s nose for a cov test. My daughter was scared I just ask for a minute to explain my daughter the process and Heydi rolled her eyes. I said there is no need for that. When I had my daughter ready it was less than a minute by the way she just walk away I even told her she is ready holding both of my daughter s arms and she just ignore me and walk away she denied the service to my daughter. Very very unprofessional and unkind.

I just gave birth at this hospital and everyone at labor and delivery were so amazing, they took really good care of me while I was in labor. The nurse who took care of me was also a midwife and she coached me while I was giving birth. I stayed there for 24 hours after my baby was born and the nurses all helped me out with breast feeding and answered all the questions I had. If you are planning on having a baby I would recommend having your baby here.

I m just giving a review for the appearance of the exterior building and parking lot. I did not obtain services for purposes of this review.

There was plenty of parking and there was minor debris in the parking lot. There was some graffiti in one of the major signs on Jackson St.

I added numerous pictures just in case you wanted a good view of the exterior.

I came here just yesterday and their service is very unprofessional. I suffer with seizures and when I became conscious, one of the nurses said your gonna hurt somebody one day . Then after that the mattress mad was literally on the floor and mind you when I first got in the room it had dried up blood on the floor and it was very sticky with black stuff on the ground. The nurses insisted that I stay there but I did not. So I sat in the guest chair for 2 hours until I was discharged. After asking the nurses multiple times if I can lay down due to a headache. I do not recommend coming here. The doctors are great but the nurses are very rude and the place is very unsanitary.

I delivered my baby here on August 24th, I had such an amazing experience. My nurses Dee, Ashley & Ricky are hands down the best. Can't tell you how much I appreciate them. VERY professional. Thank you ladies for everything!
Oh & watch out for Queen, she busted my chops the moment I walked in. She's so funny!
