I worked with Parkwest Staffing after graduating from college. They helped me find a worthwhile career opportunity. Robert G. was both very friendly and professional, I truly enjoyed working with him. I would highly recommend this company for finding your next career opportunity.
The company is cool. However a bit unorganized in some sort. They had given us a start day and told us they would notify us the next day or that following week to give us dets about our starting and working hours. I heard nothing so I contacted them through email only to find out we weren't going to start til Feb 7 vs Jan 24 the 1st given start date. On the other hand I had a part time job and had put in my notice a few days before the 24th since that was the original start date. However on Feb 7 I go to work location everything's fine.. All of a sudden I was told that a piercing I had was a problem and that they wasn't going to let me work. Now I'm pretty sure they knew of the acceptable and non acceptable guidelines with the dress code restrictions.. I've been face to face with Sergio more than twice for hours at a time. I should have been told then. Being that the piercing would have to be surgically removed. They messed me up because not only did I leave my other job, I am out of a job period and have to search all over!!

Great experience. Robert placed me on several assignments including some starting same day. I've never had a problem with the staff and would recommend others.
I gave this ParkWestStaffing a one star, cause they refuse too hire me after I drove from Pasadena to their office. I told them that I have a spot on my record from 27 years ago, and was told that would not be a problem. I've email there office and called, and still, they won't say why they're not hiring me, after I've seen job posting on Craigslist.

I had a great experience with Parkwest! I hate they closed their doors. I had the opportunity to work with Sergio, who help me to land a job pretty quick! I literally stayed with that employer for almost 3 years!
My overall experience with parkwest staffing was amazing and the staff was very nice. Robert was very helpful and went out of his way and got me a job very quickly. Anyone in need of a job asap this is a amazing agency to go through!
Their ad said "interviewing now". I had some reservations as their company logo is of such poor quality (first red flag).So, I drove for an hour and a half to get there. They took all my information including social security number and copy of my drivers license (which normally is not done until hired),second red flag, then had me fill out a very long application. I noticed all of the people that came in for applications seemed to be from Nigeria or in that area of the world. The the receptionist told me that they would call me for an interview.... I explained that to her I had just traveled for an hour and a half based on the ad saying they were interviewing NOW. She spoke with someone and they agreed to see me. The young man did a short interview with me. He seemed very inexperienced at the interview process. The whole experience with Parkwest Staffing left me very concerned for my private information and the security of it as well as pissed at them for having me drive for a 3 hour round trip for NOTHING! Reply to owners response..NO I WAS NOT a "walk in" I had an appointment...nice try on making it look that way though...losers
A little more than 6 months ago my company was in dire need of delivery drivers and front office staff. I called Parkwest Staffing and spoke with Mr. Robert Gomez and explained my needs, he very promptly set up a meeting at my office so he could see what our business was about to better serve us.
After the meeting he started sending us candidates he thought were best suited for our needs. I'm proud to say Mr. Gomez was right! All 9 people that we hired are now full time employees and we are beyond thrilled with the help we got from Mr. Gomez. We will definately go back to him for all our staffing needs in the future!
