Good service, nice buffet breakfast as well as the buffet dinner. Room tidy bathroom slightly on the small side.
Cozy place
Yummy tea time
One of the best in Yangon. Food is good and the rooms are nice. Friendly staff.
The best service, room lobby so widely and super clean. It's 5 hotel. I have a short stay here but so happy when having a sleep and had a breakfast there.
Left Yangon 8 years ago, so it was a pleasant surprise to find my favourite Japanese Restaurant at this hotel was renovated for the better. The buffet was still fantastic with so much to choose from. The taste was still great with the quality of food much improved with the opening up of the country.
Service excellent, room is old, room rate expensive, very short walking distance does not have anything like shopping and 7evelen. The Music club very expensive.
World class hotel. Although hotel size isnt too big compared to those same level hotel in town, but building is finely constructed. A credit to live band in Club 5, one of the best I have seen in Myanmar. Nice place to chill at night. Japanese restaurant offers fine japanese food. Touhua Chinese dim sum buffet deserves a tumbs up. Worth a stay if budget allowed.
Generally and. Location of the hotel or a little difficult. The view in front is the lowest. If you are away from the day, there is no bed make-up. Breakfast buffet buffet is excellent
I chose to stay in Park Royal hotel after returning to Myanmar after a long time, about hotel services satisfacion is 5 stars(100%) honeymoon room flower decoration is very satisfying, especially thank you Housekeeper Lin Htike San and for your team, additionally Thank you for the celebration on my husband's birthday,i beleive Lin Htike San is become a good staff in the future,Lin Htike San(Fighting),by the way, thanks to my brother Zar Ni Aung Than Oo

Lovely stay - very courteous staff! Comfortable rooms, great Indian food. Great for organising events.
Always serve with good hospitality and service. Seafood buffet is very nice and variety.
It is one of the best hotels in Yangon,Myanmar. Feel free to stay at, for your entire satisfaction.
Good funtion hall and restaurant. Also night club is attractive.
a dip in the colonial era. the original structure was maintained including the fixtures and the wooden floor.
Fantastic service with a smile throughout my 3-night stay. The icing on top was a handwritten birthday card from the Assistant Front Office Manager upon my checkout! :D
life's Cafe ,I made work 1years and Jeff' kitchen Bar & Restaurant also 2 years Dami chef.
The 2nd floor Japanese style buffet is delicious. A little expensive
A nice place to stay. Not so far from downtown is a good reason to stay too.
IMDG and IMSBC code
Good Place to organise Events
The room is clean and staff were very polite and helpful.
Luxury hotel without soul. Registration slow (45 min!). Restaurant too expensive. Service however impeccable after.
Club counter duty girl and security woman very rude and they don't know how to serve the guest. Especially they look down on myanmar people.
An international hotel located right next to the heart of the city, ground zero of city Yangon.
The Chinese restaurant is a good place to find spicy Sichuan food.
Japanese buffet dinner is recommended.
Great hotel. Rooms were nice. Staff were friendly and professional. Would recommend and definitely stay again.
Went for a wedding reception and everything is satisfactory.
Had a Japanese foods there on 2nd floor. Chef is a Japanese as he came out to greet us. A bit pricy but is worth it as very tasty.
Nice close to the center excellent buffet for us Italians essential after 7 days of local food if you go to Yangon even if you don't stay there the restaurant is also open to the public not only for guests
My room was pleasant, overlooking the small but sufficient pool area. At 1 March 2018, there was some building work going on but this did not interfere too much. The laundry service was prompt and of good quality. There is a pastry counter selling cakes, sandwiches and drinks through most of the day. A nightclub in the basement was open until about 2am. Breakfast is very good, which a selection of Western and Myanmar-style dishes. Eggs are cooked to order. The hotel is well-located: about a 20 minute walk to the Strand Hotel/Ferry Terminal, near a large outdoor market (turn right out of the hotel), and a good selection of local restaurants (turn left out of the hotel). The Shwedagon Temple is a 5-10 min taxi ride (we paid 3000 Kyat).
The Park Royal Yangon assisted me with a late booking for a VIP colleague of mine coming from Australia. The front office staff were excellent and immediately arranged for me to meet with Mr. Hasitha Manthriratne the front office manager.
Hasitha communicated directly with the hotel General Manager and made arrangements for me promptly. This was excellent walk-in service at a time the hotel was extremely busy - January.
I regularly hold meetings in the Park Royal Yangon lobby bar and have always enjoyed attentive and polite service from the staff. The lounge environment is a comfortable respite from the often noisy and hot conditions outside the hotel.
Internet of course can be slow, but this can be expected in most places in Myanmar, but is likely to change shortly.
The Orchid Club up on level 8 is worth the upgrade, if your budget can justify the slight price difference.
The nightclub downstairs needs a little attention and is a tad pricey at 11,000 kyat entry. Some innovative thinking about what to do with the nightclub should be a high priority for the hotel if it wants to keep its edge and maintain its appeal.
Otherwise a great place to stay, do business and dine any day of the week.
Location is so convenient for after dinner hang out. Pretty standard compared to the rate. In room service food is not bad.
A very nice hotel, great place for meetings, etc. Slightly expensive for staying overnight though unless you use Priceline.
Dear General Manager,
I'm a regular customer in The Music Club and I rated it number 1 in Yangon... it was 2 months ago. But not until my last visit couple of week ago, after your 2 months renovation... and so disappointed that my no.1 ranking night spot in Yangon, a happening night spot with crowded of people enjoying the music band and lovely ladies to boost up the entertainment environment... turn into quiet and dull parlour...
On that night, I saw quite many other customers came into the club and disappointedly goes off without even calling for drink or stay not longer than 15 second.
This is not a complaint or whatsoever, it just my up sad for being telling people, my friends and visitor from others counties that this is the best night spot in Yangon.
Regards
A nice international hotel at a walking distance from the ground zero of Yangon
Good for Business Meeting , Events and Dinner and bar at basement
Stayed here for a few times for business. The rooms are nice and the bed is comfy. Had a good sleep. The breakfast is excellent with many choices. Room service is great, staff is super friendly. Will definitely come again with family.
This hotel has lived up to the modernisation of the city and continuously improved over the years.
Friendly staff, comfortable rooms and good food are some things to consider for this place.
Will be back soon.
