Elegant, minimal structure suitable for business meetings. Good quality restaurant, especially grilled fish. Friendly staff. Very convenient to the swadagon pagoda.

Mochinger is delicious at the restaurant in PARKROYAL.

Location, facilities and staff are all above certain standards and excellent.
I always use it.

I Like the old world charm of the architecture and sense of good maintenance. Shiki Tei restaurant is not listed on Google maps yet but it's very nice, inside the hotel.

$16 Hi Tea set is lovely and yummy. It's more than enough for two people.

It's 4 stars hotel. The staff is very friendly and quite support. The room is quite big with all of things you need for the trip.

Perfect location despite locating at the corner of roads with super heavy traffic. Many eateries are located nearby and walking distance to city-core.

Was a big disappointed. When i drove up no body came out to help me with my luggage. If i am not mistaken i was the only car in the lobby.

I ve stayed in Parkroyal few times. Quality of the rooms used to be really good. However, it was abit of let down this time. I don t feel hotel is spotless anymore, I keep seeing dirty wall on the hallways. More importantly, the room was not clean, I can see dusty air con unit when I lay down. Dust under the sink , shower glass screen not been cleaned properly at the bottom. Electric cables and sockets behind the TV is not hidden, which makes the room really ugly.
As a five star hotel, I think attention do details is important.
I ll have to think twice to come back again. I will put the picture on trip advisor as well.

The most convenient hotel in Yangon with excellent facilities and warm staffs. I think it can be marked as 4 stars hotel.

In Myanmar, not many five star Hotel. ParkRoyal is one of Five Star. My first experience not bad their customer services.

Best hotel in Yangon. The interior decorations are classic but not so heavy or so out of date. It marches with our culture and also reaches international standard. The conference rooms are very accomodatable and unlike some hotel, the atmosphere is welcome and cool. In my eyes, Traders is a far cry from Park royal.

Decent hotel centrally located in Yangon, with many good food options within walking distance from the hotel. The hotel is quite old however and the cleanliness (specially of their F&B venues) is not up to standards. Their room rates are very similar to other newer - and nicer - hotels, hence it is worth considering other options.

One of the secured and plush hotel in town with all the necessary communication within the reach and for sure the club at its basement, just refreshing.

Hotel is located near downtown and has many good restaurants witha 5 minute walk and many more if you're willing to walk 30min. You are also close to a popular art gallery, the big tourist market, and the central train station.

The food is very overpriced so I would recommend eating out but of you want a nice pastry or sweet the pastry shop in the lobby is 50% off after 6.

Older but well maintained hotel in a centrally located part of Yangon. The staff were very attentive and are always ready to help. The room is well appointed and clean. The hotel provides all the usual perks you will need: fast and free internet, amazing breakfast buffet, and complimentary water bottles.

International Buffet at Restaurent Spice was good for its price.

Live performances are super cool. Rockstar singers. Great vibe.

One of the few hotels in Yangoon with a pool. 3 minutes from the banyoke market and 10 minutes from the station (to take the inevitable circular train). Room (luxury or first) comfortable and very spacious, really lovely staff. A very slight flat on the pool and its surroundings that could be more highlighted.
Restaurant not tested.
