It was budget Radisson hotel. Staff and service was good. Complimentary breakfast was with many options and we can ask chef or staff to order whatever we like to have. Wifi, water and newspaper was complimentary too

1. Pathetic check in experience- even after providing hotel confirmation voucher and payment in advance in evening we were made to sit out for an hour to get a room.

2. TV also not recharged

3. late housekeeping response

4. miserable service while in restaurant - 20 minutes to get an omelette and toast even when was in a rush and just they had 1 person to attend

5. Return in evening wrong room was provided ....

6. The door lock was also faulty ...Not working

When it was park plaza it was good but after Radisson took over didn't find its food upto the mark hence such a rating...

Nice hotel but not as good as 5star or even 4star. In my opinion 3star is good enough as per service, staff and ambience.
