1. Pathetic check in experience- even after providing hotel confirmation voucher and payment in advance in evening we were made to sit out for an hour to get a room.

2. TV also not recharged

3. late housekeeping response

4. miserable service while in restaurant - 20 minutes to get an omelette and toast even when was in a rush and just they had 1 person to attend

5. Return in evening wrong room was provided ....

6. The door lock was also faulty ...Not working
