Worst staff. They need to be properly trained before deploying. They are spoiling brand name of Radisson, what a disappointment. I checked out in few hours with my family due their behaviour. One Mr. Devender hardly knows how to handle guests, what an arrogance. Needs to be reminded that they r working in a star hotel and not in a gully restaurant. Hotel is least bothered about any inconvenience to their guests. Stay at your own risk! Also, pls. don't fall prey to their Rezerved membership! You will not be able to use most of the vouchers provided with the membership. The hotel has outsourced sale of membership to third party, and they will make all commitments to solicit you to go for the same whereas hotel staff is not bothered of any of the commitments. Number of Vouchers of Rs.500 provided which cannot be used anywhere in the Hotel. Its a complete waste. One can buy the membership only to get embarassed by the hotel staff and at his/her risk!

The Business Suite was well suited to conduct a Training Program for a small group.
The ambience of lunch area is well decorated. The attached pool gives a relaxed feeling and one can spend a good time here
