Nice hotel with all luxurious amenities. It has a pleasant vibes right from main entrance to the main reception and then adjoining bar and restaurant. The rooms are also well maintained and are provided with best amenities.

The crew was real friendly & proactive; the main course needs some improvement!!

It was very nice experience with Park Plaza. Ventilated and cleaned rooms, very proactive room services and the location where the Park Plaza has suited is awesome. Loved it.

I didn't stay but tried to book for a week's stay. I'd almost booked the Business Class on the RHG App but decided to call the hotel to check if an early check-in was possible. I was surprised to be informed that neither are the Business Class rooms available nor are the extra services such as Happy hours in the Lounge. But the info on the company's app is contrary, there was infact a discount on the Member's only rate for Business Class room as well. Unfortunately the guy on the phone couldn't help me much as I'd called at around 5 am but he was definitely sure that the said room type is not available physically.

Basically Park Plaza rebranded as Radisson. Service seems to struggle with basic load of guests

I don t like too much Oriental food, but this was AMAZING and WORTH experience. Even the BEST experience for ORIENTAL FOOD till date. A SUMPTUOUS welcome by NI HAO Team. PEACEFUL ambience and service was extremely GOOD. A UNFORGETTABLE evening. I loved to ENJOY each and every dish. The best think is the staff was very ATTENDING and helpful. They suggest me good food and drink and they demean like a family member, treat like a VVIP.

Have ordered 4 Mocktails, All PERFECT and thirst quencher. NI HAO SPECIAL and BEACH SUNSET. RECOMMENDED.

THE FOOD was super DELICIOUS. Can not compare any dish with any dish. One was better than the other.

Place is average at best. Service in the dining area is also poor and on top of that quality of food is not that great.

The ambience is awesome though the food is not that awesome.

We went for a dinner at The Great Kabab Factory. Took the 3 course meal. The starters were great with a variety of veg and non-veg kababs. I personally loved the Mutton Galawati Kabab. Next is the main course where you get to choose from a variety of breads from the menu and delicious veg and non-veg dishes. We were served Kadhai Paneer, Vegetable Raita, Mutton Curry, Dal Makhani/Dal Tadka, and Biryani. The food was great. Desserts included Paan Flavoured Ice-cream, Gulabjamuns, Rose Kulfi, Halwa, and Rice Kheer. Overall the food and experience was great. They can improve a little on the speed of service and quick availabilty of dishes.

Wonderful experience! Massages by therapists, Ranjeeta and Ariela were very good, and Dharmendra, the manager was very helpful and hospitable. Strongly recommend!
