Location is good you can go there without asking anyone..and the hotel has its own identy

Nice hospitality by all staffs specially at front office

I was there for day function. Ambiance, food and service was good.

I was in Delhi for a week from July 5th thru July 13th at this hotel. Overall it s a good hotel but I want recognize waiter Rakech (or Rakesh) and thank him for making our stay here so very pleasant. Every breakfast he was extremely nice and thoughtful and caring. He provided excellent customer service. Thank you!

I visited this place for dinner. They have awesome restaurants. We had some who was staying in this hotel we had a gala time at their drink lounge.

I visited this place 15 years after its construction. Seems pretty decent, the buffet was nothing to blow you off your feet.. Valet parking is a sine qua non here.

Please avoid if you don't want to fall ill from eating the food!

very nice place to dine. We enjoyed a lot specially the salads with great variety and starter. In the main course, they have limited option. Ambiance is peace, calm and very charming. They have a good size bar with good collection. I could not find any dance floor .

Nice place for a relaxing lunch given the lack of decent dining options in that part of Noida

I was here a twice for business and this is a very fine hotel. Rooms are large and clean.
Wifi is more than average (big plus for me)
Kitchen is very good with a buffet or a la carte food. (Indian and international dishes)
I will certainly come back when I need to come back to noida for my job.

Great hotel though the buffet during weekends is too crowded. The Chinese and Indian restaurants serve great food. The rooms are comfortable and nice.

Radisson Hotel are know for their excellent services and Radisson Noida is no exception.

The place is living up its name of Radisson in terms of marvelous architecture and food. What u dislike about the place is the attitude of the staff that changes to the person coming with a 4 wheeler and a one coming with 2 wheeler. Which is very disappointing. I was on my scooty which I parked on the lvl 3 basement and I was being asked to go down lvl 3 basement from the ground floor to get my vehicle on foot and they didn't allowed me to use the lift.
This is so humiliating that I can't tell, plus the attitude of the staff was like they are looking at me, like I am thief. And same happened at the security gate too, while leaving the premise my scooty was thoroughly checked like I am stealing something from the Hotel.

This act done by the hotel staff clearly shows how they treat people based on their lifestyle. We also have cars but just to check how they treat if I go like this. The result was in front me, such a disrespectful act.
Thanks Radisson for such a kind gesture.

good place to spend good time with family for dinner and lunch

A beautiful place and mouth watering dishes is a add on. The rooms are one of a kind and feels very luxurious n matter of fact it is. The ambience and locations is great. It is just opposite to DLF mall of India and in back wave centre stage is located. One of oldest place and yet maintained too good.

enjoyed my stay at your hotel. The breakfast was excellent. I must comment on your director of rooms -Romana. I had a small problem and she handled it with grace, charm and professionalism.. She is a credit to your organization.

It is a good period staying this wonderful hotel. My birthday was during my staying in Grand Majestic Plaza hotel. It was surprised to me I received a bottle of champagne for the gift from hotel. Thank you very much.

The hotel is finely situated in the middle of the -2019
The hotel stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The staff was very polite and helpful, the location was very convenient for getting around and many activities. If we were to travel to Prague again, we would definitely stay there again!

First, who charges for water bottles in a room? And that too 200/- bucks a water bottle?

Also, pathetic service standards.
Their breakfast spread is a joke. Items you can count on one hand. The chef is a a great chap though, and so it the restaurant manage, very hospitable these two.
Waited 10 minutes for plates. Half the dishes needed refilling.

Previously it was park plaza, now Radisson. Tried the breakfast buffet at the creative kitchen. The spread was good according to the price. It was worth. The service was also good.

Hospitality is nice, room is clean, basic necessities were taken care of

Good food. A bit spicy.
Good service.

Airport pick up - Failed
Managed to forget our airport pick up to begin with and denied we booked at all. Those who are at the phone speak as if just out of high school.

Again impressed with the quick service and lovely staff of IRD. Excellent food.
The breakfast buffet has plenty of items to select from.

Park plaza now Radisson Noida, is one of the most luxurious hotels around sector 55 in Noida, perfect for executive business stay for corporate offices around.

Pros: Spacious, well maintained rooms, luxury features that will make your short stay a pleasant one; good customer service, good buffet breakfast spread.

Cons: Not the best value for money. Similar hotels in other metros costs cheaper than this one, or you get more luxurious stay at the same price.

Extremely bad service. Reservations are not available after 6pm. This is a joke being a star hotel. Hope someone addresses this issue.

Very nice buffet. Live counters add a great freshness to your food experience.
Pray that you have their Shahi Tukda in dessert buffet. I bet you will have it more than thrice!!
