Yes i use to work here for a great amount of time and yes i did get fired for a made up reason, you will not want to work here the overload and the lack of compassion for their employees and even the residents. If your family don't come up there and raise sand about you/ call state every chance they get or be up there everyday 9 times out of 10 you are not getting the 100% quality care they say they give. They favor some residents they'll go out their way for the ones thats quick to call state but others NO WAY!! They banned me from the premises because i called the corporate office and said somethings that patty from coporate been hiding/covering up for Chrystal the administrator. On my off days i would bring the residents food from my pantry or even buy them food because they didn't like the food thats there. I would work over not for the money but because they would be so short who else are going to stay over and take care of them. The only time you see everybody out and working is if state is in the building other then that everybody is in their office. I know im not the only person that feels this way or knows about these things the staff are just too scared to speak up. Im just trying to figure out how Chrystal the administrator kept a seat in the building when she lacks the basics.

My father in law was here last month for rehab after falling in his home. I can t express enough gratitude to the staff for getting him back on his feet. The therapy department was awesome! Bri and Tim were wonderful! When my father in law got to Park Manor we thought we were bringing him there to live permanently, he couldn t even sit up in bed. By the very next day the therapy staff had him down in the gym! We were so amazed by the progress he made in such a short time. The nursing staff was wonderful, they helped him to the bathroom, take showers, shave, and they even helped him cut up his food when it was time to eat. He even enjoyed his meals. The business office helped us with his financial paperwork to get him more assistance in the community and cover his copays. We had a pleasant experience with all of the staff from the nurse assistants up through the management. Choosing Park Manor was truly a blessing for us. Thank you everyone!

This facility went above and beyond in the care for one of my church members. They worked extremely well with him, and was successful in the rehab goals. Under the new Administrator, the staff and team is very caring and hard working.

This is the worst facility to take you love ones to. Nurses are spaced out , always, rude and even the manager is not willing to improve service around there. Patient's ask for pain medication and they do not get it until the next day. They need to be more professional period! I don't encourage people to even take their pets there. Horrible personal

This facility presents its own challenges, the perseverance of the staff to work to solve any issues or come up with interventions for resident safety is unmatched. Families are welcoming and are always willing to check in on another's loved one if they are unable to visit. From the beginning of the admission process there are professionals that have worked with the company for years and value a high level of care. Staff members are efficient and take a personal interest in getting to know each resident. The facility offers short-term and long-term placements which includes a specialized short-term hall containing piped in oxygen and suctioning. Learning about the facility will create high expectations and the staff members here are capable of exceeding those. A good place to have a loved one stay, there is a great amount of interaction between staff and families. Schedule a tour and check the facility out for yourself!

The administrator at this building is a joke. She has been fired from every single building she's been at not doing her job, and getting caught lying repeatedly. Park Manor would do well to distance themselves from her as soon as possible.

I have a friend who stayed there. Baths only every other day, dietician department NEVER checked on what patient Could not eat. Park Manor another location was horrible. My mother had diarreae for a week I personally would go late and gave her something while nurses were having a pawow at the front with one person who checked on patients. Horrible and Mom had to go to the hospital and died. . Think long and hard before y trust a loved one there.

I work here and the D.O.N. Mary Ann needs more training on being a good manager and fair manager. She take sides and also don't listen to the other person side . I think they need to get the management under control then they can control they building better than what they doing . Staffing is awful. Also. So if u trying to get a job here I suggest you apply when D.ON Mary Ann leaves

This place has employees that don't know anything....

This place has employees that don't know anything. They have one girl at the front desk that should be fired. I'm a care giver and had my mom with me after getting out of north west hospital. She was at this place for two weeks for rehab. Well that put this alarm on her leg and didn't remove it when they sent her to the hospital. So went to get it removed and get her meds that they put up. The girl littlerly argued with me they don't take meds. Then she continued to yell loud in front of the parients. That's when a nice lady came up I told my mom let's go I will cut that alarm off and get more meds. The nice lady asked real nice what we needed. She came back with them and gave them too me. Even when I had them in my hand this girl still yelled saying they don't have my moms meds. She got on the phone and said it was the director. And screamed at me saying you said you said you wanted to talk to her. I said no I said I was goimg to report you to the state ..then this nice nurse said drive to the back to get what your mom left. This girl wanted to fight. I could even leave without her screaming.
