I was fortunate to have my new boiler installed by Bassi.What an incredible company everything from the first phone call to completion and commissioning of the boiler was perfect 100% clean /tidy/professional and very polite this company is a credit to Bradford and I would recommend this company to anybody

Had a new boiler fitted, excellent job. Once installed engineer tested heating and hot water to ensure all was working. Cleared up after himself. Excellent service

I can honestly say my experience with this company has been Brilliant. I got in touch with Basi heating after a previous company tried to charge me a extortionate amount and another company which never turned up. Basi heating has been great. The customer service, surveying, fitting engineers, electricians, all have been professional, prompt and efficient. I would definitely use this company again and would recommend it to others too. Very professional service and couldn't recommend them highly enough. The engineer didn't stop for most of the day and also made sure it was clean once he left, even wearing plastic covers over the shoes. A* Service.

Lost customer - shame really, they had been good. Came for a boiler service 2 weeks ago, I noticed yesterday that the carpet was wet probably now needs replacing, suggesting that I have done something to it and its now chargeable. Sorry guys not good customer service. Bye.

Bob & Stewart did an absolute brilliant job, very informative about the works being done, cleared up after themselves, cannot fault the works carried out. Extremely prompt an very efficient. With the property having gas for the 1st time and a boiler, they showed us how to use the boiler itself also how to use the timers for the radiators, nothing was too small for these guys when asked something, an absolute asset to the company. Would definitely recommend the guys again.

Used this company for a number of years. Always had good service. Our boiler packed in a couple of months ago. Rang basi gas on the Thursday by Monday morning had a new boiler fitted. Very prompt and professional service. Very pleased with our boiler. Can't fault them.

Boiler installed but started charging lots of add-ons when installer arrived!! Con. Could have got it much cheaper in the end from other local companies I was quoted by.

Not reliable at all no one pop in for booked appointment to change the boiler. Waste of time. Appointment been booked under the name (Majid malik)

I'm not normally one to write reviews but i am so impressed with Basi. They installed my boiler and central heating a few years ago, have serviced it each year and just now have fixed my boiler problem within 30 mins. My condensate pipe was frozen but is completely inaccessible, the guy gave me clear instructions over the phone and stayed on the like while i got it done. Lovely people, can't praise them enough!

Our old boiler gave up the ghost. Basi could not do enough for us. The two fitters who installed the new boiler were excellent at their job and we would highly recommend this firm. A+. Yesterday we had a problem with our boiler. Phoned them, they came and sorted it out the same day. Excellent.

Great Service, price and professional service from start to finish. Just had new combi boiler, ten radiators and new pipe work. BASI team carried out an excellent service from start to finish and within 3 days with minimal disruption.
