Clean but rooms small, gave us two singles when we asked for a double bed. Pelmeni was Okay. But wine and most of the menu was expensive. Staff not very helpful. No Toothbrushes. Very close to airport though terminal D was maybe 5-10 minutes walk. Probably worth to stay radisson blu next time.
You are kidding me. This hotel has a 4.0 review?? So over priced for the quality. We have stayed here twice with a total of four rooms and the AC has worked 50% of the time. The WiFi in the end rooms is horrible. The breakfast was cold and is embarrassing.
The walk-in closet was pathetic and the toilet in our bathroom was so close to the counter it was uncomfortable.
All the other reviews on here are mediocre and the hotel replies with a I m sorry, we will make it better next time you come if you re reading this, I would like a refund.
Wow... just wow. Try not to travel during winter. Rooms way too hot and AC does not work during winter months. The bed comes with a thick comforter and no sheets. Worst part of stay was the electrical issues. Turn the only light switch off and outlets and USB's next to bed shut off as well. This was great to find out when we woke up to a 10 hour flight only to find out our cell phones didnt charge.
The hotel is closed. We made a reservation trough Expedia. No notice about it. They relocate me to Raddison Blue which is better place. My issue is that I spent my time at night after flight to figure things out. They supposed to make a notification about it. I tried to call to the hotel. Nobody answered! I found the Information and they gave me a phone number of Raddison Blue. I called and a receptionist told me to try to call tomorrow morning!!! I was so mad! But after a conversation she said that they have my booking and my room is ready in Radisson Blue. All of this is so unprofessional. Only one pros - Radisson Blue is the better hotel.
We took Junior Suite room 428. It was OK nothing special. Breakfast was terrible. All the pastry was 2 days old at least not eatable. No fresh orange juice. You have a free shuttle bus to the airport terminals. Plus you can easily walk to the hotel via Radisson Blue inside airport, just go to ground floor, exit the building and via the parking and gate you can easily walk 250 meters and you're in Park Inn
Not too impressed. Booked online and they sent confirmation email as if the booking had been accepted. Got to the hotel and found that it was completely closed and was redirected to another one.
In response to hotelier response: my point is that they could have said in the original booking email that I was being moved to a new hotel. It would have saved me a walk (with luggage). Really they should do this.
The fact that the new hotel was comfortable (it was) is all fine but it doesn't directly address my point.
I asked checked security camera after lost personal belongings. But from check out until 5 PM I am waiting police officers, very regrettable this is a pants I hope so find it.i have no idea.i stayed 2 nights here and also first visit in Moscow. Why not allowed hotel to show us directly in case of happenings or accident.how long I wasted my time.
Very good service, location very convenient for an early flight. Hotel a bit old, bathroom should be renewed... Need better indications going out of aeroexpress.
