This company must like taking advantages of its customers. Sending them faulty bats and making them pay for the shipping costs to send it back. The bat we sent back was out of its wrapper. Not used. Perfectly clean. And they would not accept it back. Then had the mental capacity to send me a letter back with the bat saying We said we would exchange the bat if it was still in the wrapper and unused, that did not mean wrap it in plastic and send it back to us.

Seriously? That s great customer service over there. Talk down to customers who have boughten multiple bats from you.

Brutal. Total clown show at this place. So not only am I stuck with the wrong bat which they sent me, I was stuck paying the shipping for their own errors TWICE.

Never again. Save yourself the headache from this place. They re greedy, slow and condescending.

Thanks for nothing.

Wow had the worst experience with Miken they sent us the wrong bat, made me pay for the shipping to return it and then didn t even accept the bat and charged me again for the shipping. Customer service is very rude and not helpful at all. Don t understand how they can get away with this. #corporategreed

This company has been a total joke I wish I could ve given 0 stars. We ordered a bat and they sent us the wrong one. We sent it back informing them of the situation and they sent the bat back saying it wasnt int he original packaging informing us they would not switch them out when they gave us the wrong bat in the first place. Brutal all around customer service and experience with the company....time to find someone else.

Poor customer service. Their bat broke, and I had to pay the shipping back to them. Then they send the wrong bat back, and I had to pay for the shipping back to them again. Paying for their mistakes. It also takes them forever to send anything back to you.

Their reps also come off as rude. Not good. I d expect more from a major company like this.

Bought a bat from them and on the first day it broke, when I got in contact with their warranty department they said they couldn t do anything about it even though I gave them everything they asked for to get a new one. DO NOT EVER GO THRU THIS COMPANY THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR PRODUCTS AND THEY CARE EVEN LESS ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS

This place is a joke no wonder why monsta has taken over. I had my receipt and barcode stolen out of my bag. I was able to get a new receipt from the store I got it from. I called them up when it was stolen they said it would not be a problem. Now the bat is broke they said they will not replace it. I'm going to take the other nine bats I have from Miken break them then send them back in. I will never buy from Miken Worth or Rawlings again. Wilson DeMarini and monsta are the only way to go.

The absolute worst experience I ve had trying to use there bats. Bought a bat for softball league and it broke in the first few weeks, I had to pay to ship it back and they sent a replacement months later and then had the audacity to ship me the completely wrong bat (not legal in my softball league) and since it was taken out of its original packaging they now won t exchange the bat and I ve paid to ship it multiple times. The absolute worst customer service EVER, Steer clear total rip-off and there customer service is useless.

Bought a $300 Miken DC-41 Supermax softball bat. The bat went through very light usage in a church softball league. Then it developed a huge crack above the handle in the bat in less than 2 full seasons. Sent Miken a letter explaining the situation and was hoping they would help me out as I've bought many bats from this company. They sent the broken bat back to me so now I'm out not only the $300 but the shipping costs. Very disappointed service from such a renowned company. Won't buy from them again that's for sure.

Got a brand new 2021 miken freak 23 and within 3 w...

Got a brand new 2021 miken freak 23 and within 3 weeks of having and taking it out the package it broke about 3 inches on the top and the top busted off.

Tried to go through the warranty process and they wouldn t except my return. Because I didn t have a barcode. Had all other information original date purchased, receipts and packaging but they would expect because no barcode even tho the serial number is linked to the barcode and still etched onto the bat. Very poor service from them all around and horrible service from the manager. Wont ever buy or recommend
