It is a pleasure to spend a few days in Park Hyatt. Excellent service, excellent breakfast, love, very attentive staff, great dinner. Always happy to come over.

Normally, I am reluctant to write down negative recessions, but in this case it seems to me urgent to identify the potential for improvement.
Started on arrival: unfortunately our room was still not available at 15:00, which is unacceptable for a room rate of EUR 484.- per night. At my request, to show us in the meantime, the hotel could not be received, since there is simply too little staff available. Accordingly, the cleaning service had to be "flown" through the room, otherwise the hair left on the washstand could not be explained. The friendly apology of the hotel management helps very little - other room there was none, as you were booked up to the top.
The rooms are generally on the "compact side" to classify, although high-quality furnishings, but a color refreshment in some places on the walls would be necessary. You can still look over it, but the green drywall plate under the vanity (if you are in the bathtub) will catch your eye. Tip: there should either better tiled in room 411 or a cover over it ...
The visit of the in-house spa is there a positive appreciation. Unfortunately I find it then for a Park Hyatt with five stars (according to Austrian hotel association ...) as unacceptable if at the spa reception no German spoken. We are still in Vienna! Here it would have become interesting how the employee should explain a spa treatment to someone (or wants to sell) if one does not speak German and the other does not speak English.
Also a special highlight of our stay was the breakfast: there are wobbly tables in every hotel, but then you can help yourself with the menu card (if there is no service staff in the Park Hyatt). The ambience (the former large box office) is beautiful, the arrangement of the buffet also succeeded. Less enjoyable was that we were allowed to have breakfast on the first morning at the attached bar, as the breakfast room was completely full. Accordingly, the attention of the service staff was poor - but they have done their best in this rush.
Mind you, we are still in a five-star house chain "Park Hyatt" for a bargain price of EUR 484.- per night.
This "controlled chaos" runs through the whole day until evening in the cigar lounge. Here we would still like to have consumed more (if only the service would have come). On self-service, I did not want to change because of respect reasons. More recommendable is already the "black camel" vis-a-vis from the hotel.

Great hotel with wonderfully spacious and luxurious rooms. Staff more than courteous. The restaurant is unparalleled and the signature bar menu is truly grandiose! Mega recommendation!

Hotel located in a former bank, the place is really beautiful and the rooms very spacious! The restaurant is very nice. By cons you could be surprised by going to the sauna and hamam, actually they are mixed and the jersey is optional!

5star temples in a very central location. I could smell Hyatt air from the inside, because I deposited something with the concierge :-)
Large parking garage, underground, available. Very nice staff at the entrance gate. 1h for 4 .

Service is a lot better in many bed and breakfast! You wait in the cigar lobby regularly up to 20 minutes on service! Empty crockery stands around, service-quality worlds away from a 5 * hotel and you have to listen to stupid talk by waiters why you can not eat (the next tsg is all of a sudden). Carpet beats waves, so be careful not to fall; Answer of the waiter: "We can not do anything, this is the air conditioning under the carpet". For all the ignorant ... it is an old parquet underneath, there is no air conditioning under the carpet.

Amazing Hotel, location is ideal for walking distance for pretty much everything you want to do in Vienna. Great as a business hotel or for getaways. The bar service and drinks are examplary!

Park Hyatt Vienna lives up to the brand - it s a fantastic standard, trustworthy with excellent service. You feel as a guest that you are truly valued, which is why we always go with the Park Hyatt.
Initially when we arrived, there was a small mix up with our booking. Even though we had to wait an hour for our room, the hotel really tried to make up for it by letting us have a drink in the lounge.
Thanks in particular to Nadja, she followed up with us every step of the way, and had a friendly and professional attitude! Due to the professionalism of Nadja and the front desk team, we didn t have the chance to feel upset about the initial mix up.
Our stay has been so pleasant, and reinforces that we re never disappointed with the Park Hyatt brand.

Incredibly beautiful hotel in the middle of Vienna. Perfect location to all sights and with great restaurateurs in the surrounding area. Apart from the shopping possibilities .. Very very courteous staff ... Simply recommended!

We stayed here 6 nights on our honeymoon. Its one of our favorite hotels we've ever stayed at. The location is perfect, the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. This will be our hotel any time we're back in Vienna

Beautiful of course. It's a park Hyatt, what do you expect? I had a little trouble with the TV, it's not really the most state of the art thing, but I should have been outside walking around, so I won't fault them for that. Bathrooms are big and luxurious, hotel is a beautiful old bank building. We wandered the hallways and stumbled upon some amazing conference rooms. Cool place to stay.

Property is very well located in the centre of the city. Friendly and forthcoming associates, the service is superior. In addition, it has a fully equiped cigar lounge.

Wonderful location, helpful staff and an impressive breakfast buffet. Not cheap but you get what you pay for!

I was here for a banquet. Great ballroom. Historical building right in the centre of the old city. Would definitely recommend and will stay there my next trip to Vienna.

It works, nothing special. I've seen nicer interior designs with nicer marble

were unfortunately only for breakfast there, but the impressions we collected there enough for 5 stars superior! If you want to friendly staff and among other things n hot breakfast should go there

Really very nice rooms which really deserve the rating 5 *. Very courteous staff and great location. An architecturally unique restaurant.
Unfortunately I also have to complain about something:
The a 'la carte breakfast does not fully keep up with the demands of the house.
Not only doing like 5 * but also delivering would not be wrong here.

But that's not a point deduction.
We recommend.

An impressive hotel in a former bank. Perfect blend of historic ambience and modern luxurious design. Location right in the center and yet quiet. Cafe with delicious pies (small works of art) an upscale restaurant with show cooking. Spa area with massage and beauty treatments and swimming pool.

Chose this hotel for my wedding last year and it is by far the most up-to-date luxurious hotel in central Vienna being right off the high end boutique shops such as Louis Vuitton, Dior, Valentino etc. Restaurant is a second to none fine dining place and the coffee melange at its cafe is a MUST NOT MISS when visiting Vienna. I return every time I visit Vienna! Staff extremely friendly, especially the valet parking team.

Always happy to return here. Great facility, spacious rooms, wonderful breakfast selection. Impeccable service. And the location is fantastic.

Short and sweet;) Man (n) must have seen women;) easy! Definitely worth a walk. And after a shopping tour through the beautiful exclusive shops, linger a while with a "prolonged" or tea :)

Absolutely a beautiful hotel. I was only at a conference for the day so can't speak to the rooms, but the conference was handled very nicely. This includes the very professional staff and fine service.
