Good view of the harborside and the table we were seated has a view of the sydney opera house as well. Service was alright except they need several reminders if you placed orders for drinks in the middle of your meal. Food proportion per dish was small and in my opinion way over priced but I guess the pricing includes the location and view (6 courses meal). Menu was simple with fancy items that doesnt need much finesse for the price. Overall would only recommend if fancy European menu is your craving or special occasion with a view of the harborside.

Excellent experience from start to finish.

Excellent experience from start to finish.

The location is uneatable - right in the wharf and across from the Opera House.

Staff was friendly and helpful, and sent up champagne and chocolates to our room when they learned it was our anniversary.

The room was exquisite: immaculately clean, delightfully comfortable, and super luxurious. Get an opera house view room - it is so worth it.

Also, breakfast was easily the best hotel breakfast I have ever eaten.

The restaurant The Dining Room offers exceptional service and delicious foods. High standard ingredients and beautifully presented plates. The view from the window is stunning. Surprisingly, not as expensive as one would think.

Went to the Park Hyatt for breakfast with friends. We did same time last year and no issues. The service was very slow, and we ordered breakfast from the a la carte menu, we were not guests of the hotel. The meals arrived at different times and those who ordered the full breakfast, all items were cold. No toast and we were advised a basket of it would be brought to share. When it finally arrived it looked like it had barely touched a grill to give it faded colour, not even lightly toasted, there was half a slice of bread each . No butter or margarine and yet another long wait. I handed my plate back as I was worried about food poisoning given the lack of temperature of the food. They insisted on providing a fresh one, bacon was so overdone, dried out and chewy the only way to eat it was with your fingers. Mushrooms still cold. Waffles were cold as well. Ruined our morning and for $110 and the state of the food, it was not worth it. Ruined a catch up with friends.

Park Hyatt harbour side room so very comfortable. The king size bed great. Overall room ambience is top shelf. Bathroom is modern, fabulously appointed. Room was not quite ready at check-in time but hotel did everything to make up for this minor glitch. Congratulations on your excellent and thoughtful service.

Very disappointed. $1k deposit needed. Staff said it was to be returned in 3-5 days. Called up- it is now going to be 10 days. Poor treatment of customers for the price paid. I hope the gm reads this and starts to get things together.

Day Spa at Park Hyatt Sydney. I had a disappointing experience at the Sydney Park Hyatt spa. Firstly, I picked a facial which specifically says foot & leg massage included and this was left out during the session. Secondly, I arrived well in advance of my treatment, completed forms and just waiting as the therapist arrived late. Lastly, during and after the treatment there was a hard sell of the beauty products they were selling. I came to have a relaxing luxurious pampering experience for my birthday & instead I came out feeling tense. I would not recommend.

Could be the best location of any hotel in downtown Sydney. Next to Circular Quay and The Rocks, adjacent to the Sydney Harbour Bridge, and facing the opera house it is a prime location for walking, sightseeing, picture taking, and having a pleasant meal with a great view.

Hands down one of the best hotels I've stayed at in long time. Perfect views of the Opera House, within walking distance to the botanical gardens and circular quay and close enough to the CBD for all your shopping or dining needs. The staff here are all top notch and were extremely helpful making us feel so welcome despite just being booked for one night (would have stayed longer if possible but we had a flight to catch). Definitely will be back

We stayed here on our honeymoon last year and it's probably the nicest hotel we will ever stay in, absolutely stunning. The view from our suite out towards the Opera House was world-class and the staff spoilt us rotten when they found out we were on honeymoon, they were outstanding.

If anybody is trying to find good deals for hotels visit RoomBuIIy. com booked a hotel on there and they had the best rates anywhere!

The Park Hyatt is a lovely hotel located right on Circular Quay directly across from the Sydney Opera House. The views are spectacular, the location is convenient and the rooms are excellent. However the best part is the outstanding staff who did everything they could to make our visit perfect.

The hotel staffs were very rigilent with the hygienic procedures with the current COVID situations. All staffs wore masked and followed all necessary government recommendations and regulations. The service from the restaurant staffs were great. They were friendly and attentive. Food were amazing. And the restaurant atmosphere was great. I would definitely go back again! Love it!

Absolutely stunning, the most premium of Hyatt line, Park Hyatt. Nice view of Sydney Harbour and opera House, and a row of atas restaurants along the river Bank. Loads of couple strolling along the banks with opera House as backdrop. How romantic is that

We stayed a couple of nights just before New Year's while en route to Darwin. Although this is a very busy time, the staff were impeccably friendly and helpful as always. I think our first stay was in 1992 and we stay here every trip.
This is one of my favorite hotels in the world, especially for the location. We never tire of walking through The Rocks, Barangaroo, and the Botanic Gardens; I can and literally do watch the Opera House, boats, lights, water, and ferries for hours. There are several art museums and galleries nearby or a short Uber away if it's hot (it was HOT this time). Circular Quay is close and the ferries are a super way to get great views (coming back from Manly at sunset is a favorite) and get to Manly for walks. Excellent breakfast, wines. Rooftop pool has spectacular views but in recent years the experience has been less than serene due to noisy children in pool and hot tub.

The location is unbeatable - the Sydney Opera House and the Harbour Bridge are right in front so you get to enjoy the view in the comfort of your private balcony. It's worth booking a room during Vivid to enjoy the lights.

The room itself was clean and spacious. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the bathroom has a large bathtub. The only downside was the loud noise coming from the next room each time the toilet is flushed.

While the breakfast was nice, the service was quite slow and the coffee wasn't good.

Amazing place and amazing service. Every time I come here I always forget how big the rooms are and how great the amenities are. The staff are always super friendly and happy to help, plus it doesn't help that it is right in the heart of Circular Quay, so I get to walk along the pier past the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera House to and from work each day. Definitely worth a visit, it's one of the reasons I love coming to Sydney.

Five stars bouticque hotel with the very high customer service. i have stayed there before. it has a very good location with beautiful view of Sydney. however it is very strong on the standard. if you look for the entrance, i suggest that u need to ask the porter since the entrance is very interesting. i would leave the comment for you, but it is very good for a try if you have good financial support. five stars for this location
