Attended a meeting at Park Hyatt over coffee in the Library, excellent venue, very informal. Perfect for the occasion. The Library is excellently ran by Ms Lovely May who was the perfect hostess. Highly recommended.
Splendid hotel and services worthy of its star rating such as fresh water bottles on the beach self service.
On the weekend, I purchased the day pass beach access for myself, nanny and kids.
The minute I arrived to the beach I was rudely stopped by security stating firmly my nanny cannot enter the beach for no explicit reason. That was how I was greeted upon arrival, we let it slide and continued forward with the day. Not only were the staff inept they couldn t not even get our order correct. Food quality below average, it s as if the chef hates his job and slapped a few things on to make a sandwich. Staff almost never come forward to check whether you need anything. They don t speak English or understand their menu. You must walk up to place your order and this is unexpected from a 5 star hotel.
This is the last time I will ever come back to visit even if you paid me.

The spa center needs more cleaning staff. I visited for the last time and it was a shock ti find the jacuzzi/sauna/steam room area was not clean, leftovers everywhere.
Very nice, well-kept hotel in a quiet location on a nature reserve outside of Abu Dhabi. The service is very good and the breakfast was also recommended.
The wide sandy beach is clean and more so when the sea is calm.
To be recommended without hesitation, only the distance to the center should not be underestimated.
Our rental car was therefore the right decision.
This hotel treated me poorly, I was harassed by a guy outside and the hotel security encouraged him, the hotel told me they will offer my a free room and they didn t give me that.

They have the park bar& restaurant Such like this restaurant in five star hotel have an open kitchen in the center between tables all smoke/burn (cooking ) smell It covers all over the lobby and the hotel smell bad at night (dinner time )because the restaurant have open door direct to lobby !!!
Amazing getaway in Abu Dhabi. The private swimming pool is something you rarely find in Abu Dhabi.
the location is great since saadiyat beach is really amazing. Nice sand and sea water. The main irritation is from the rough flooring of the pools, really hard to stand and move in the pools.

Lovely morning breakfast on the beach at Park Hyatt on Saadiyat Island. My true purpose was to participate in a beach clean up on a Saturday morning, an initiative by the Resort and their resident marine biologist to promote awareness of nurdles (a raw plastic "bead" product that is later melted down to make plastic goods from) and that was geared towards families and friends of the environment.
The property is lovely, especially in the morning when the light is beautiful and less people are about. Length pools stretch out toward the Arabian Gulf, cabanas line the pool decks, and thoughtful staff made sure we were taken care of.
Inside, you will find intriguing designs and interesting sculptures to give the beachy property a modern vibe.
This hotel is located on the beach just few kilometers from Golf Club.
Having 3 Restaurants, 2 Bars and a cafe.
Also having a Tennis court and Kids club.
A beautiful view all around the premises.

I love the hotel. I love the room as it was very big. We asked for a baby crib but we had to ask for it again and we got it. It is in Al Saadiyat Island so if you are driving from Dubai then it is very close

I had a great experience with this nice hotel, in the reception there is very helpful guy his name is Kareem, and on the beach there is one beautiful lady her name is Jamie on the beach she helped me a lot, I visited the hotel 4 times in this month because of the exceptional services from these great people. And one more Indian guy on the beach as well, he was very helpful, all the staff were excellent , i highly recommended this hotel.

Amazing place. The room was awesome, food at cafe restaurant is tasty n with varied options available.. Even though it was hot out there, but we spent most of our time in the cabana next to the splash pool..our kids had a gala time..they even offered free iced candies to all..the beach looked perfect...was surprised to see such turquoise waters here in UAE...felt we were somewhere tropical :) buffet breakfast n dinner at Cafe was Yummm! Each n every Staff at this resort left a good impression on us..they were always welcoming..which made our stay Perfect!!! Definitely a must visit...

The Beach Club next to the beach is lovely. Good selection of food and drink, but not cheap. It is a Park Hyatt so perhaps that is what you should expect. Beautiful place and nice service.

Great experience in general. Staff so friendly, spacious rooms, amazing kids fun zone and nice pools. Cones are expensive food, pools water was merely chilled and warm, no music at the pool, kids pool is a bit far and shisha cost more than 180 dhs.
I would love to go back in better weather and hopefully there will be a pool bar as confirmed by the staff.

Amazing place to stay for a night or even more. The staff are very friendly and the pools are great for different ages. Highly recommended specifically if with kids. The access to the beach is easy and very safe.
Excellent but for villas with pool, the price is overrated
(Not recommended for people who want to scape the noise and disturbance )
The only good person that I deal with is (Malena) from Germany she was very professional but the rest was bad and to good facilities but not used wisely
