Beautiful room that is an apartment puccolo actually. Beautiful but cold all night. There is no parking nearby because in ZTL

My favorite place to stay in Parma Italy. Its near enough to the centre of town. Rooms comprise of bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette. Its self catering or if you fancy, theres a Michelin star restaurant on the ground floor. Close enough to a shopping centre to buy groceries if you want for morning breakfast etc. Its always my first choice.

Spacious, modern studios with kitchen, bedroom, and ensuite bathroom. AC in all rooms. The kitchen is fully equipped, including an coffee machine (capsules not included). The staff was friendly and helpful. The suites are only ten minutes walking distance from the historic center of Parma.

Cute place .. Cozy .. Clean ... Friendly reception staff and accommodating ... To return!

Welcoming the structure, the apartments are well furnished, but unfortunately the heating system has produced very high temperatures, worse than a sauna, during the night I had to throw open all the windows !!
I tried to disconnect the heating switch too, thinking to solve the problem, unfortunately it didn't help. Then buzz from vibrations ...
I tried to represent my reasons to the person in charge, who was not at all reasonable; now I understand the reason for the advance payment.
Unfortunately we customers are not protected but forced to pay up to the last penny even when the structures are equipped with malfunctioning systems.
Managers always want to have the last word.
I do not recommend this facility.

The best location, so close to city center, spacious, modern and very clean rooms. Conveniently located right above a Michelin Star Restaurant. Olga was so kind and helpful. Thanks so much for an unbelievable experience visiting the beautiful city of Parma.
