This place is a good reason to go to Dallas. Lots of negative things going on in this place. When I went to their administrators to complain they were just as clueless as the ER staff. Leadership comes from the top down and the leadership is simply collecting a large check. As I m a retired Army Colonel, if they d been on active duty, I d have the folks who run this place relieved of their jobs.

I know in past years, a lot of people have had bad experiences at Paris Regional Medical Center ER. But, I just wanted to take a minute to talk about the wonderful treatment my daughter received today. In our cancel culture, everyone always wants to complain about the bad but never takes the time to compliment the good. We checked in at 10:10, taken to triage at 10:24, and then an ER treatment room at 10:29. Bella was given a warm blanket and reassured that she would be well taken care of. The NP, Debra George, was so gentle with my precious girl and even told her what she was going to do before she started. That spoke volumes to me... Yes, I'm her mother but Bella was the patient and I appreciated that she communicated with Bella to put her at ease. We were out of there by 11:05. Maybe it's the time of day/night that you arrive or maybe PRMC ER has made some staff changes. Whatever the case, we had a great experience today. In fact, this is ER visit number FOUR for Isabella, and come to think of it... all of our ER experiences have been good ones. Thank you Paris Regional Medical Center!
Laziest staff ever. I will say this the place to be reborn...... AS IF THEY GO ANY SLOWER YOU'LL BE GOING IN REVERSE OMG I CAN UNDERSTAND A CROWD BUT EMPTY WAITING ROOM STILL TAKES 2 HRS FOR A WEIGH IN
I have to say our experience was pretty good. My sister was having a baby and we had to spend the whole day here waiting. The nurses and doctors were all every friendly and helpful. The place was clean. They had vending machine and a cafe down stairs. All was good.
4 hrs in er only 2 people waiting when we got here and still waiting
Wife is in terrible stomach pain possibly pregnant and appearly that's not a high priority
Seeing tons of old people just leave cause they can't wait 3 days in a chair
If rooms are full you need to build.more
I mean 500 for a bandaid should be able.to afford
When we went through ER in June, it was very quick. My husband had to be admitted and that also happened quickly. For the next 20 days he ws well taken care of and had no complaints. Thanks to all the hard working nurses and doctors of PRMC.
Is it right to prop a door open to the Pavillion because your staff can't fix it? Covid?? I will go elsewhere for care if needed. Y'all really don't care!!!!!!! I teally think I could have been exposed!!
Bed side manners are nonexistent especially in the labor and delivery department the nurses are very rude to expecting mothers and act like they dont care at all and doctor Carpenter is even worse
My wife just left there and she was NOT taken care of in the ER, was not even seen by a doctor, and the two nurses that saw her both gave her different instruction about her condition.
No wonder they have a bad reputation .
How can they treat people like that in an ER ? Not even seen by a Doctor when she has a medical problem , not even given an exam.
I am sure they have plenty of people to send me a bill !!!!!!!!
I would like to hear from someone at PRMC about this, I have already sent them an email.
And I will contest my bill !!!!!!!
