Wow!!! You removed my review??? Good thing i took a screen shot which is going to show what chicken s**t a holes work at this poor excuse of a sham of an ER are cos I will be taking this further.

I had my son at this hospital in September of 2018 and everyone in the labor and delivery dept. was great! The nurses and my OBGYN were amazing. The only thing that I wasn t happy with was the anesthesiologist she took to long and by the time she gave me the epidural I was ready to push. I m still happy with my expirience but it could ve been less painful.

All the care from the admissions personnel to the rest of the staff, nurses doctors and everyone who treated and helped my mother all were very nice, respectful, treated her with dignity. Shayla her pm nurse kept on checking on my Mom asking her if there was anything she needed. Thanks for all your hard work.

If no stars were available thats what this s***hole would get. My son was transfered there at 6pm on this night 5 years ago. He died by their mistreatment at 2 a.m. Poorly ran hospital. Clueless. Dirty. Do not go here. Find a better hospital for your family. Unfortunately for us he was moved by Garden Grove to this hospital and we did not have control.

Grandma was there last week and heard a lady begging for help and to give her water. They told her to be quiet. Don t leave your parents/grandparents alone. No one should be left alone. Take care of your fam cause no one will take care of them as good as you. Be patient and love them. Share on the ones that don t have patience your in the wrong field.

No bedside manners at all. Y do nurses, doctors, hospital employees go into this business when all u ever say is "we just want to help people". The attending said to me b patient, thats funny me being the patient. The place was not clean. Not once did i see maintenance, no call button to get help & i needed it, I almost chocked to death. I will only go back is if unconscious & have choice..I sincerely hope u take this serious, Hospital Admin, this place is in shambles! update,update...GOD BLESS ur mess..

I delivered my special baby in May 2019. I cannot remember the nurses names but I can honestly say that my encounter with all the nurses was great. Very caring and accommodating. My water broke before my due date. I was there for about 5 days. After 5 days they performed a c-section and had to stay 3 days more. They accommodated our little family. Provided us with a private room and my husband with his own bed. It was such an amazing experience and I am forever grateful to all the staff. My baby had to stay additional days in the NICU and I will say that some of the ladies there are a little feisty but I can understand why. Thank you OCC for your cozy hospitality. Sorry it took 2 years to leave my review.

That is the worst hospital. I almost lost my mother due to their unprofessionalism. Never ever again.
