Paris Las Vegas Review

Only went to stores and a show. Enjoyed the stores. Enjoyed Famtastic. Loved the feel of walking around Paris.

Very nice place to stay, very clean, and the employee we're very kind/nice.. I'd stay there again. When in Las Vegas

Nice ride, we took the ride, with the baar, the bartender was great, and the view was great.

Beautiful hotel and casino right accross from the Ballagio where you can enjoy the fantastic fountain show. Paris has some of the best restaurants and the decor is fantastic. If you are feeling really nostalgic head up the Eiffel Tower and visit the restaurant for a delcious french inspired meal. Gordon Ramsay also has a restaurant inside the gaming area.

I went out to Vegas for a work trip and was super excited about getting a room booked at Paris. The room was booked months in advance (paid) and then the day before we re confirmed our non smoking rooms. We get there and try and use the kiosks... They tell us our room isn't ready and that they would email or call us when the rooms were ready. We thought that wasn't ok we were tired and ready to go to bed so we then stand in line for around 45 minutes to be told tell no longer have any non smoking rooms and they would need to put us in a smoking room. When I asked what the point of asking for a non smoking room paying for it and then re confirming was for they just kept saying they don't select rooms until people show up.... Then why even give me the option in the first place and why re confirm? They then told us that is to make sure we are coming ... Yet the money on the room didn't do that? Fine it is late they promise they will swap us in the morning. Great ... We get to the room and it is a dump. See the photos with the red. We try and get as much sleep as we can and then head down and get a new room the next morning we get in to it and while it isn't a smoking room it is still poorly taken care of. I was extremely disappointed with both the service as well as the rooms. Everything looks nice in the glow of Vegas until you look closer and see the truth. They could have offered anything to make or stay easier but no...

Great hotel loved the Burgandy rooms. Ask for upgrade. You will get it!

This is a place you should not skip, loads to see in the shops and some fine dining in the , make reservations first

Nice hotel with a beautiful interior. Nice bonus for the winter is one of few casinos with a hot tub.

Probably best hotel on the strip in my opinion. In the middle of everything and pretty clean most of the time.

The price was good on a Thursday night. The aesthetics of Paris in the lobby is great. Overall we had a great stay.

Hotel offers great hospitality. Customer service is great. Self parking is very convenient since it is located right behind the building. Inside has very realistic painting of sky and the whole atmosphere mimics Paris very well.

Beautifully laid out and truly gives an elegant feeling. Worth the tour to go up the Effiel Tower. The tower itself is a 1/2 replica. Glass doors of the triangle elevator let's you watch all the way up and back down. Open air top within a fenced area that provides small hole to take pictures through. Great experience....great views. They also offer a military discount to go up the tower.

So far not impressed. Tub leaks....drip drip drip... rugs are totally wore out...wouldn't walk on them without shoes...something on toilet that looks nasty...food and other stuff by back of the bed... dusty everywhere...no microwave...no coffee maker...no bottled water in the room.... I will post pictures.... and we paid for an upgrade. This is my 5th time out here and seriously.... for what you pay for this place and the amount of money you spend at the facility for food, drink, gambling and shops.... very disappointed. They did send someone up and they are going to redo the room in the morning. I can say we do have a great view... however it would be way nicer if the windows were not a mess on the outside. Many places here have way higher standards. And mine are as well!

This place has a lot of small shops for great food, gifts and souvenirs, and a lookout up top that is pretty awesome on any given night. Definitely a good spot to hang across from the Bellagio fountains.

The hotel has excellent infrastructure! But for a 4 star hotel, it is not worth it. No breakfast, no wifi, paid parking, and a BAD CALL. I placed some orders and placed them to deliver it, but couldn't get NONE because each person Who works there informed me something different. Even the manager couldn t helped me. Absolutely terrible.

Says its a 4.5 STAR hotel but... more like a 3.5.
Was a 4.5 before but it is now kinda rundown down in some places.

Fabulous!!! Lovely place to stay. Easy check in process. Check in is 4 pm however there's options: $25 early check in before 2pm or free after 2 pm. Drop off bags with bellman if early and once you check in room you call bellman and your bags are brought up to room. Pool is heated to 83 degrees and has a beautiful view by the tower. Sign up for Caesars entertainment card get $10 free play or free drink. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice rooms with stand-up shower and a tub. Plenty of restaurants within. Located in a great location on strip. Everything walking distance.

Hands Down the best hotel I've been to. The Pool, and hot tubs are legit. All the iconic places to visit are within walking distance. I'm definitely coming back!

Had a fantastic time, for new years it was wonderful. The bartender in the central area, name is Jimmy or James, was a very attentive! Can't wait to go back!

It truly feels like Paris in this hotel! Absolutely loved all the artwork / scenery. Our stay was good too!

Room was advertised as a Eiffel view room but was not and after getting transferred several times I was told I had to go to the front desk where there were four people working with a long line of guests. We were essentially told there was nothing they could do we got what we got and if we wanted something different we had to spend 40-100 a night more. On top of that the rooms AC barely worked, everything was shabby, and there was damage to every piece of furniture. At least the bathroom was nice.

Had a great time. The one bedroom suite has a great view

First time seeing it with my family is great taking pictures and having the Eiffel Tower on the backdrop

Worst experience ever!!! Be careful, our car was robbed while parked in the garage while we were at our room. So stressful and the hotel didn t care at all! They never checked on us or tried to reach out to us. Zero customer service, zero safety! Oh not to mention they don t have any video footage from the garage. I can t explain how our exciting anniversary trip turned into a being a victim story.. don t be naive, pay extra bucks for a safer hotel that cares about their guests

The view from the top of the tower is amazing and he proposed on the observation platform , it was beyond our budget to get married up there so we visited it again on our wedding night too

Pretty cool environment, if you like the Venetian, you ll like this! Everything is pricey however.

Great hotel, beautiful, clean and a friendly staff. During this time of covid these employees are doing great! Definitely coming back!

Nice Hotel, room was lovely and quiet. Restaurant choices were ok but not great. All were so open and noisy you lost the feel of " Paris" due to the loud over head music from the Casino.

The kids and I went up in the tower and it was very nice had a very good experience would do it again

This is the second I've been in Vegas this year and so far, Paris hotel is the best hotel I've stayed in. I love that they don't allow trespassers if you dont have a/your key card.

Nice slot machine selection as well as table games. Resturants and shopping close by. Located on the strip thus other casino locations are an option.

Room was good but the bars at the casino were ... Like a scam. They charge people different prices for the same drink!!! Be aware ... Go outside of the hotel for drinks if you are staying there.

We had the premium buffet. It was good, some good items, but not gourmet. Still it was enjoyable and a lot of fun. Good staff

This is Paris...in Las Vegas...in the early early sun rising quiet.

Small casino, but the shops and food places were worth it, just wish there were more. Cocktails on the floor were very weak. However, the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Clean, interesting decor, priced well, has a couple of great restaurants. We really liked Mona Mi Gabi.

The service and the hotel was excellent, we had a blessed time for sure we're coming back God's will till next time Las Vegas

Came here for a girls trip/conference with my daughter. Check in was quick!! My first room was right in the middle of some noisy construction so I was immediately switched to another room on another floor. My room was very spacious!! I had a wonderful trip and will certainly be back!!

Absolutely beautiful hotel. You can't miss this place, it has a replica Eiffel Tower, it seems to go through the hotel when you walk in. The tourist and shopping areas are laid out like an old Parisian street, complete with cobble store paths.

Due to time, didn't get to experience the top of the tower, hopefully next time.

The hotel is beautiful, the staff very friendly and accommodating, rooms are a nice size overall and all in all a very nice place to stay. Why I'm not giving it 4 or 5 stars is because they will up sell and charge you for EVERYTHING. We arrived at 1:30 and were told we could wait till 2 or pay $25 to check in early - give me a break. The Pool is very nice and if you get there by 10:30 or so you will get in with no reservation needed. Beware of the bar at the pool. We ordered medium drinks and were charge 29.99 for 32 oz drinks. Our cups were 24 oz so ripped offed The casino is clean and constantly being cleaned, plenty of hand sanitizer stations around which is great. All in all a very nice place to stay

Loved the location, the atmosphere, the shopping. The staff was really friendly. Our room overlooked the Bellagio fountain so we got to watch that whenever we were in the room. We were right in the heart of the New Years Eve festivities. Dining at the Eiffel rest was amazing!!!

Had a lovely though pricy meal here. The view however was amazing.

Will stay here next..Buffet was great and hotel looks great.

It was a very relaxing stay. The rooms were nice and clean and it was Hassel free at registration. It was really fun.

Loved the ambiance of this place. Makes you feel like you're walking down a cobblestone street in France. As for the casino it has the best mix of new and old machines I've seen in Vegas. Just a great experience!

Exquisite eggs Benedict. Great spot for breakfast and starting your day on vacation.

This was my fave interior - the Paris streetscape with sky, lined with classic old world cafes- gorgeous! Bit funny in one section where trees and French sidewalk mingle with poker machines, . Still loved it, highly recommended to visit.

It was good a lot of changes not sure how soon I will return.

I didn't stay but I visited to go on the Eiffel Tower. The moment I walked in I was blown away. It is absolutely beautiful. This is where Im staying the next time I visit Las Vegas!

Summer is very hot in Las Vegas it can reach 110 degrees I cant believe they do not even leave you a bottle of water in the room. Instead they want you to go downstairs and buy water that is the last thing i want to do is leave my room to buy a bottle of water. Its all about money with this hotel and not good customer service but yet they charge you for resort fees and parking etc.

Amazing decor in the main casino area. Mr. Patrick gave us a quick tour of the restaurant at the top of the tower very polite and friendly. Lots of shops various restaurants tons of games a most see when visiting Vegas.

We didn't stay here but ate, shopped and meandered. It's lovely inside and has the best visually appealing casino.

Mon Ami Gabbi patio is one of the best dinner views in Vegas! Right on the strip!

Only commenting on their dinner buffet here. I had high hopes for this french themed buffet, but they were dashed almost immediately. The pasta dishes were abysmal: broken noodles, little sauce, and bland. The meatball I tried was cold throughout. The macarons were oddly flavored. The macaroni and cheese was honestly the worst I have ever had at a buffet, which is saying something.
The only redeeming factors were the made-to-order crepes (which were delightful in every way) and the bread. Certainly not worth returning for, I would say.

Besides the great view, everything is diabolically dreadfully when it comes to guest relations here. I don't even know where to start. Rude....very rude staff. I'm 43 years old, and the dealer ID me. I showed it to her and the floor manager Adam, accused me of calling the dealer a name. She still wouldn't let me play after I went to my hotel room to get further ID papers. Up til then, we spent thousands of dollars in this "stiffed neck" casino, with the poorest customer service I've ever witnesses anywhere, let alone a Vegas Casino. Don't stay here!!! So they didn't let me play, and accused me of calling staff a name, which I did not!

Great location with a stop on the monorail. A very huge hotel but you have everything you need right there. Only giving it 4 stars because the walls are pretty thin in the rooms, you can hear the guests next door.

An amazing place. All of the staff were great and friendly. They did a great job of ensuring guests were socially distancing and enforcing the wearing of masks. Parking was free, which was nice. I will definitely come back.

Great central location on the Las Vegas strip. Not very expensive. Free parking for Hotel Guests. Rooms are nice, great view from our room. Very comfy bed and huge shower. Pool and spa are nice. I would definitely enjoy staying here again.

Very nice hotel with alot of places to go eat and shops very elegant

While the decorations and feel of the Paris is impressive, I have to say the room was completely average at best and twice the shower did not have hot water. The service was pretty good and the choice of restaurants is solid, but overall I was underwhelmed by the experience of staying at the Paris.

This was my favorite hotel. This inside was beautiful. I loved the art work and the essence of the Paris Hotel. I felt like I was back in Paris, France. I had a great time in the casino and I even won some money at the sports betting area! The drinks were great here and I definitely want to go back!

We only visited the casino and shopping. Ate lunch there, too. Beautiful inside!

Such beautiful Casino n hotel...stayed there last year...only problem...we were horrassed by timeshare people!!!
