The good service was good and to save some there is the possibility from Monday to Friday at least for lunch to be able to take a single dish including covered water and coffee for the price of 13 euros. I would say honest it happened to us the stew and it was really good. Recommended

The tavern Gambrinus is a small wine and culinary treat, as well as having a fantastic location. Alternate dishes based on fish, meat and vegetarian, all extremely elegant in appearance, as well as in the tastes. Council of the summer, to enjoy the few tables 'on the water'.

It is by far my favorite place near Treviso.
They are mostly cooking fish dishes. The park is very nice. The place is classy, with great furniture and the staff is very gentle.
If you arrive here you must try the local made Elisir Gambrinus, a "liqueur made to the original handwritten family recipe using natural ingredients such as Raboso wine, buongusto alcohol, cane sugar, Veneto grappa and natural aromas, all of which undergo a particularly long ageing period". The price of a bottle is around 15-25 Euros, depending on the aging.
They have from time to time night events in the park, especially during the summer time.

If you are in the neighborhood, you must make them a visit!

I dined at the Gambrinus restaurant in San Polo di Piave, Italy.
The restaurant itself is very large and interesting, with a huge green territory along which white peacocks walk, a pond in which sturgeons grow, swans and ducks swim.

Magnificent, without exaggeration, cuisine, excellent service, cozy home furnishings - all this is Gambrinus.

No .... Not everything.
There is a special highlight in this restaurant - Gambrinus Elisir!
Gambrinus Elisir - this is nothing like a completely new taste, according to the secret recipe of the family Zanotto, which is passed on from generation to generation since 1847!
Grapes for this wonderful liqueur are grown in the valley of the river Piave.
And the delicate aroma of cherry makes the liqueur special and incomparable and unforgettable!
This liqueur fits perfectly into Gambrinus Royal cocktails with strawberries, Gambrinus Mojito with mint and lime, Gambrinus Spritz with orange and tonic.

There is a fine wine cellar in the restaurant.

I dined at the Osteria Enoteca of the restaurant of the same name several times and I also happened to stop only for an aperitif and a few shots. The menu is of quality and goes from meat to fish; all delicious.
Of this place in summer we love the terrace on the water, with an intimate atmosphere; there is also the possibility to take a stroll in the splendid park. In winter, on the other hand, historical spaces are loved, the nineteenth-century rooms set up with work materials, books and antiques. The space is as refined as the kitchen.
Their specialty is undoubtedly worth trying: the spirtz all'Elisir, a local invention dated 1847; it is a noble liqueur that recalls the taste of raboso. It is added to seltz and prosecco. If you can't do without it, buy it on site!

We stopped for an aperitif for dinner we waited 20min and then I had to go to the counter ... I don't recommend it for the aperitif for dinner I don't know.

Osteria: Really nice place outdoors, good food, a little expensive but deserves. I took the porchetta with dark bread, all accompanied by an excellent glass of prosecco from the area. A nice place to try again!

Excellent restaurant, inside there are several rooms, all well furnished, the welcome of the owner, and the staff immediately put you at ease.
As dishes their forte are the prawns, but anyway every dish is a pleasant discovery.
On warm summer evenings you can also dine in the green of the beautiful park, with the company of some peacocks.

I have been several times just passing through, for a breakfast or an aperitif, but the other night we had dinner for our anniversary. Based on fish, we tasted a raw and cooked appetizer, followed by salmon and a grill. Fantastic raw material, sophisticated and effective serving, excellent portions that don't make you go hungry. If you dine outside, you will be able to eat together with black swans and the huge fish of the pond, and then take a stroll in the park behind the restaurant.

It is always exciting to return to this place of spontaneous refinement, where everything is cared for and not trivial, where the historic green is the setting for events and more. Gambrinus Park is also and above all a family friend, paying attention to the welcome of children.

Quality counts for little when exhibited with rudeness. Great local but we were very disappointed by the service of an employee (at least I hope she is 'just' an employee), rude, rude and nasty. I had been there before, she wasn't there and things had gone much better.

A little DISAPPOINTED. I haven't been in a long time ...
too elaborate carpaccio of beef and loaded with bread at the end the carnes seems. Bag with asparagus ... Filling too little and probably heated to the micro. Tiramisu ... With only cream. :-(

Apart from a brief parenthesis .. excellent prosecco AND excellent service

We had a great aperitif with their elixir and I'm sure the restaurant is not far behind. The last time I was in this place was 1981 and it was kept in perfect condition if not improved.

A tip: never come in odd numbers! Otherwise, confuse the kitchen!
