Walked in to ship a package to Verizon. I had a prepaid label and box, but not yet put together and no tape. A guy eagerly boxed it for me and sent it on its way. Way above and beyond what I expected, since I was just using their authorized shipcenter and wasn't actually buying a product or service from them. Customer service and mindset like this is RARE these days. I'll find a chance to use these guys 'for reals' in the future, promise! Go and do likewise, with confidence.

I don't get in often, but when I do, you are always greeted with a smile and hello. Service is first class to give the customer exactly what is needed. Jon and staff are always 5 stars!

I have been to the Parcel Place innumerable times during the many years I have lived in Doylestown.. Each time I have found the service to be the most friendly, efficient and professional of any Doylestown business offering mailing services. Whether I have been purchasing stamps or mailing packages, Jon and his staff have done a phenomenal job. I look forward to doing business at the Parcel Place for many years to come.

I used to hate going to the post office but since I started going here I love it so much i won t go anywhere else!! They make my returns so simple and easy. Alex the manager and the owner are fast and efficient and always so kind and polite! Rate this place a 5 out of 5 , if you haven t tried this place out yet please go!

Sent a package today and when I got back to the office, copies of the file had been lost. Elora opened up my package made a copy of file and emailed to me. Great service above and beyond!!

The website is constantly messing up but the customer service of the people who work here is absolutely outstanding. I will keep my mail forwarding service here simply because of them!

I had a prepaid package I dropped off for UPS. These guys called me and explained that it might not get delivered. Issues between post office and UPS. I had never used them before and was very impressed with how each of the team members knew about my package and helped me get it straightened out. Awesome job guys!!!

The staff are amazing! They can package and ship everything from oddly shaped and fragile they do it all. I was sending Christmas cards this year and was happy to use them!

i have used Parcel Place for over two years and can't say enough good things about them. Great service, attentive and careful packaging and shipping and always friendly. They have shipped so many things for me ranging from simple items to very fragile art and antiques, and always take care of every detail. In dealing with my parents' estate, they were so helpful with skillful packing, affordable shipping solutions and handled multiple shipments to a different recipients with efficient and professional service. They made a difficult time so much easier!

The staff at Parcel Place are always so friendly and knowledgable. I feel like they truly care about the package that I am sending. I have shipped fine artwork with Parcel Place ranging in price from $2,000 to $60,000 and the pieces always arrive at their destination on time, and most importantly, undamaged. I won t trust any other store with the packages. There are other shipping places that are much closer to my home and work, but I go out of my way to ship with Parcel Place.
