Parc boutique is one of my favorite places in Minneapolis, and maybe on the planet. The people who work here are incredibly nice, and helpful. They have the best selection of clothing and shoe designers, as well as an incredible selection of jewelry, candles etc.
Walking into Parc is a breath of fresh air, beautifully designed and curated. I always leave with the most incredible finds, and it's my first stop when looking to buy gifts - and of course, it always feels good to support great local businesses :)

Parc has been a pioneer in indie retail in Minneapolis. Thao is an expert curator and editor and knows how to make negative space stunning. She and the staff are always kind and helpful. Beautiful moments throughout the space beg to be photographed. And lovely brands and makers always abound.

Definitely my favorite place to shop in mpls! The minimalist aesthetic feels like you're in a hidden gem in New York, focused more on independent designers and pieces that are ahead of the trend. I've gotten so many of my staple clothing and jewelry pieces here, as well as all of my apothecary products and candles. Everything is well-made, unique, and from all over the world which I love!

Parc boutique is hands down the cutest, most-Instagram-worthy, women-run shop in the twin cities. They clothing and shoes they have in stock are trendy but won't go out of style, and are constantly updated. All of the brands they carry are women owned businesses and either local or from around the country. The staff is beyond friendly is they're always happy to help with any questions you may have. As well as clothing, they also carry the cutest natural skin care lines, especially Herbivore Botanicals. If you're in Minneapolis and have a shopping day, I highly recommend you stop in to this shop.
I've been a customer since 2018 before PARC moved to the new location at North Loop. I've always been impressed with the store. I love the scent, I feel welcomed every time, and they surely have a good variety of brands. The staffs are super helpful! Stepping into the store always gives me a good mood. Be careful when shopping here with a discount code! The shop has a strict "no refund" policy when they are running a promotion and it left me stuck with a hefty store credit that I will have difficulty using (if I can even get over my bitter feelings and go in to the store to use it).
My husband thought he was doing a nice thing and snagged a beautiful coat during a storewide Cyber Monday sale. While weighing his options between Big Retailer and Local Sweetheart, he opted to shop local and give the business to a shop he knows I like supporting. Being a dude who assumes every retailer's policy is the same (and reasonable), he didn't think to check return policies before completing the transaction. Unfortunately, the coat was way too big and now my "Christmas gift" is a store credit, rather than my husband being able to take a refund and buy me a coat that fits.
We have loved Parc in the past, but, honestly, this brush with rigid customer service lacked empathy and will deter us from shopping here in the future.

I ve only been able to shop at PARC online but I still receive incredible customer service every time! The curated clothing, shoes, and accessories are top notch and I m impressed with the quality of everything. The style is incredible as well, as all of the items become my go-tos in my closet.
