Worst company. Unethical management. Phenomenal politics. Lots of layoffs. Bad customer engagement. Stay away!!!

Poor customer service, at best. Prices are outrageous for keeping dated machines in service.

I have been blessed to work with a number of individuals from Parata Systems. When it comes to customer satisfaction this incredible team of individuals go above and beyond. Very knowledgeable and always a delight to work with, their installers, support staff, engineering, and sales listen to your needs to ensure patient safety and success for your business and your clients.

We purchased a Parata Pass 208 and like the machine. Sales rep and set up were great. Parata financial, however is horrible to deal with. They hadn't received a payment one month and I got harassing phone calls every day while on vacation in San Francisco. I told the rep/bulldog, I would check on it when I got home in 5 days. He keep calling, saying you didn't really send the payment did you? They cut off our ability to order supplies for the machine so we couldn't take care of our accounts properly back home. And all this was over 1 late payment, we were not 6 months behind. Fortunately, I had money set aside that we were going to use to expand our pharmacy and I just paid the whole $167,000 off. Then they called and wanted the interest for the full 5 years on the loan. There was not a prepayment penalty clause- just blood suckers, hoping I'd play along with them. Good machine but get your own financing!!!!
