It's a great place for rides and Halloween, I just really wished that they enforced the smoking policy more and had stricter consequences for those who violate it. At one ride there was a guy smoking inside the building and no one did anything about it.

Had a great time, fireworks ease of parking, screening all no stress. Long lines for the rides. The joy of almost normal. Sanitizing everything fantastic

Always recommend the season passes. They are a great way to save. We visited this year through all seasons including the Christmas season. The new Christmas event was fun just extremely cold. The food is still high through out the year. Free ice water at most locations. One of the things that need improved is more intermediate rides. All in all always fun.

Absolutely love it! Gold pass holder for 5 years and go about 10 times every summer! Great rides for both thrill seekers and families! Good food, Good drinks.... and for a souvenir cup you can get free refills all season! So take the kids to Kings Island for an experience they will never forget!

Great park, unfortunately no one can fix any problems you might have while you're there. Including over 10 supervisors and even the main guest services office. Seriously disappointed in the customer service of this park.

Was a really Hot day when I was there.I wish it would have been cool.Went here the first time in 1979.I was younger then so the heat didn't bother me as much.Great Place to come for riding roller coasters.Glad they brought back the antique cars they are nice.

Always have a great time. Halloween Haunt is going on right now. I've been going every weekend. They have things going on during the day for kids and then in the evening for the adults & kids who don't scare easily.

I had so much fun with the family and I loved it!!!!!

The rides were fine. Dont let them fool you with the all day drink cup. Only a few places sold them and filled them. I left my 14 dollar slice of pizza at a register because the clerk just walked away for no apparent reason. Food workers eating while serving food. The entire place smelled like a dumpster. 20 dollars to park a mile away is just insane with no shuttle. Luckily I didnt spend 70 dollars for a fast pass on a monday because the crowds were low. I had not been there in 25 years and I'll never return with my family.

Everything was great but ordering food with a live singing group so close you couldn't hear a thing that was being said.

It was pretty not a hole lot of rides open but it is nice if you love Christmas you will love it we had a good time and so did are kids on Friday and it wasn't packed like the haunt is

Alil expensive but if you get a season pass it is worth it

Great family park with rides for all ages. This is a third generation in my family for going to Kings Island. We always have a great time riding the rides, visiting the shops, and meeting the characters. Kings Island is a very clean park that is well taken care of. Main Street, with its fountains that lead up to the Eifel Tower, is beautiful! There are a lot of shops with unique items to browse through. And when you get hungry there are restaurants and snack venues to choose a variety of meals and/or and snacks.
On hot days there are plenty if air conditioned stores to step into for a break. There is also quite a bit of shade if you're waiting for someone to get off a ride.
Kings Island also has a waterpark that is included in your ticket price. You can go back and forth from one to the other via a sidewalk or the train. We've been to many amusement parks and Kings Island is our favorite. We drive 3 1/2 hours one way to visit the park and have never been disappointed. We buy the season ticket. It pays for itself after 3 visits.

Always liked the ride selection here. Even has other activities for those who don't seek big and fast.

Fun. Waits are relatively short. Mystic timbers is awesome

Some Really good coasters like
Diamondback, Mystic Timbers and Beast. Some decent ones like Banshee. Good droptower

Check the prices online if you are planning to pay at the gate!!!
I checked online and tickets at the time were $47.99. I went up to the ticket booth at the gate and asked for 2 regular adult tickets.
The lady said $140.
I said, "Online tickets were less than $50. Where is this number coming from?"
She said, "We only sell 2-day passes at the gate."
There was no way for me to buy a regular ticket at the gate. If I hadn't checked prices beforehand, I might have assumed the hyperinflated ticket prices were $70 each and just paid it without realizing what I was actually buying, as the lady did not clarify to me what she was trying to sell me.

They will try to scam you before you even get in. This was after we paid the $20 parking. Very expensive.

The EA games of theme parks. Want to ride a roller coaster? Buy a locker first. Don't want to wait an hour in line? Pay double ticket price to skip it. Hungry? $12 for cardboard, limited ingredient pizza. Want to park? Extra $20. All they want is your money. The water park is a joke. Hope you are skinny too, otherwise you can't ride anything.

Need more employees in water park. Half of the slides were shut down

Theres a lot of things to do for such an understanding price including eating rides and games

Rides looked scary but I knew that I would have a lot of fun and I did. Kings Island is better than Kentucky kingdom and holiday world combined!!! The rides were very clean and the workers were all very nice!! My favorite roller coaster was the "Mystic Tymbers!"especially at the end when we went in the shed and the snake part was really cool I also won all these cool stuffed animals there too!!

Very clean Park, wonderful children's rides area, great roller coasters!

Even with all the new rules and regulations because of COVID-19, it still wasn't a bad experience. Not as crowded due to admission restrictions and wait times were not bad at all (no more than 30-45 minutes) and the kids are was even shorter with regards to wait times.

Had a blast. Got to ride one of the last coaster. Will remember forever

The staff is awesome. They are thoroughly enforcing social distancing and masks. They are also cleaning regularly. We had a blast!

Lines can be long but it's usually worth it. Meal and drinks plans basically pay for themselves.

Always fun. Easy Highway access. Park is always very clean and well landscaped. Friendly helpful staff. Excellent kids area. Water park is included.

It's a place where my son and I can spend quality time together love it

The park itself was awesome as ever. I just want to say that the customer service of the LaRosas in the front was not the greatest with the energy of they didnt want to be there, other than that, AMAZING!

Kings Island has recently been dealing with an identity crisis. Since being bought by Cedar Fair, a company known for building roller-coaster driven parks, Kings Island has seen large expansion on one side of the park, but it's of such a different tone than the rest of the park that it leaves you feeling disconnected.

Head to the "Action Zone" for some big, mean, and truly excellent coasters (the Banshee is amazing), but be sure to also take a nice stroll up the main drag, check out the well-tended gardens, and relax in the shade with a beer. And for the love of all that is good and true, ride The Beast.

Lots to do for adults & kids & so much fun! Clean! Workers move people along to keep the rides moving along & they all seem to enjoy their jobs!

Horrible customer service. Bought season passes went there once. Nothing for my 3 yr old and my autistic son to do. Bought season cups wouldn't honor free reills. Asked for refund they hung up!! Save your money ppl

If you have a day pass you'll have a great time. My main issue with Kings island is that water park is a whole planet away from the amusement park. Tip: the no outside food rule us not really enforced save yourself from a $9 sub

I love going to kings island. I always have a good time I love the Diamondback and Mystic Timbers and the back lash stunt coast and I also love Delirum Me and my friends love Halloween Haunt cuz I love to get scared

We went here for Mother's day took the whole family. We were worried is was going to be like national lampoon's vacation and be closed when we got there due to the crppy weather. But it all worked out fine ir was cloudy all day so no sun burn, a little chille. And it rain and stomed just as we went to go eat each time to barly got wet. All the rides were open. Are little ones are over 48 inch this year so tbey got to ride the big kid rides. It was very exciting for them all. I do love it here. We will be back soon.

We are first time Season Pass holders this year and look forward to several memorable visits. We've had great experiences already!

Cost is way to much. $20.00 to park really? The rides are as good as they always have been.

Went to Halloween Haunt an it was VERY COOL!!!! Wasn't to scary, or so packed u couldn't enjoy yourself! Was a GREAT night with my family!!!!!!

Spentwell over $200.00 to go to kings island. Couldn't ride any of the rides because I couldn't fit in any of the cars. I seen fatter people than me ride these rides yet I couldn't ride. I hate this park it's disgusting. The food is way overpriced for gross dollar store food. I'll never go back here ever again.

Just too much walking and waiting. Great for tiring kids out.

Great amusement park with a good variety of rides. They have lots of roller coasters. They have a great children's area with lots of rides for the little ones. Their food is really expensive. Best deal is to get the season pass with the meal plan.

Best place to chill with friends. Laugh, get scared, and freaking out with friends is the whole point!!

We went in September had a blast but the drop zone was a lil scary

It is a nice place for families and friends to go have fun. They have different rides that can take your breath away for a minute. Personally I enjoyed the vortex ride.

Kings island is a great place to take children with fun fast rides tons of roller coasters

This is a tough one. Great rollercoasters, good water park, decent kids section, fair tasting food that's extremely expensive, and asking $20 to park (not included in price of $67 park admission) is ridiculous. Don't look for a Disney park experience. You are not made to feel welcome here, it doesn't seem like they appreciate your patronage, and not one employee is nice.

Really fun but the food is extremely expensive, if you are spending the day there it is worth it to just leave the park for an hour and eat then come back and you'll be able to get in for free as long as you have a stamp on your hand and you don't have to pay for parking again just make sure you keep your parking ticket.

Fun for everyone. Lots to do, even if you don't like roller coasters.

Today I brought my 2 grandaughters, ages 5 & 2 yrs old....(along with their Daddy.....)This was their very first time to KI...My oldest got to ride her very first roller coster(yes, we got the picture)...then she worked her way up to the bigger coaster....she loved every bit of it....she said that, 'riding roller coasters is going to be my thing now'...she's funny....now, as you notice, not much was said about my youngest...yea-you guessed it-just a smidgen to short.....yes, she rode the 'horsies', (Merry-go-round).....several times...but she would get really excited when she saw her sister ride-thinking she could too....my only gripe, please have some type of rides for the young ones who, almost is tall enough, but just not there yet....they light up when they get to have fun also.....thank you....sincerly, a KI goer since I was 10...Rene M Compher.....

we had an awesome day. the park is full of great coasters. we had no lines at all. Park is clean and staff is friendly. I recommend buying the refillable drink cup, definitely worth it.

HELLO IT'S AN AMUSEMENT PARK.....and the only decent one for MILES AND MILES.

Such a great time. I had not been in 10 years and we had just as much fun as when we were kids.

*Great feature of having actual ride seats at the beginning of lines for guests to make sure they fit in the seat before spending time in line to find out the seat is too snug.

The facility is amazing and the park
Is great. Customer service department not so much. Make sure you get clear information because what they say at one point they do not uphold later. They say they listen to the calls but will not send you a copy of what was said. They just say we can t do that. Bad customer service when you call in.
