What can I say? I expected a rag-tag group of characters with varying levels of professionalism to come and take care of my guests at my home - you know, typical valets. However, I figured none of my guests would complain about the fact that they wouldn t have to find parking on a cold night, no matter how shady the person taking their car seemed! As it turns out, I grossly underestimated these guys - they were professional, clean, polite, and - maybe most importantly - FAST. They had everyone out the door of my party and into their cars before I knew it, and let me tell you - they made a great impression on my colleagues. Rob was great to deal with, booking was a breeze. I know who I will be calling for the same party next year - and hey, maybe sometime sooner. They were that good! Thanks, Paramount!

Rob Sterh from Paramount Parking was incredibly dismissive, rude, and unresponsive to our inquiry about hiring his valet parking service. After leaving 6 phone messages and an email, I drove to his office. He did not apologize for his lack of response and would not offer us a contract to sign..."We will do our best to be there" was his response, with a smirk on his face - and he did not write down the date or time. Needless to say, we did NOT hire Paramount. I would never do business with this company!!!

DO NOT USE. Employees are constantly parking vehicles in loading/tow away zones. You will earn tickets and or see your car towed. Not worth paying them to get your self more fines. Have been reported several times downtown for improper parking at Omaha Design Center Events.
