Rob Sterh from Paramount Parking was incredibly dismissive, rude, and unresponsive to our inquiry about hiring his valet parking service. After leaving 6 phone messages and an email, I drove to his office. He did not apologize for his lack of response and would not offer us a contract to sign..."We will do our best to be there" was his response, with a smirk on his face - and he did not write down the date or time. Needless to say, we did NOT hire Paramount. I would never do business with this company!!!
