We have used Paramount Garage Doors on a couple of occasions and have found them to be professional, courteous and prompt. Kevin has been our service tech, he is very knowledgeable and friendly and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this company.

Kevin is fantastic. He responded immediately and offered to come fix the door that evening (his wife's birthday). I told him to come the next next day. He gave me a quote which he stuck to even though the job was more difficult.
He arrived on time, with mask. Replaced the broken spring with 2 springs at my request. Only took one hour. I requested that he replace the door shield at the bottom of the door. He had to order the part for that, but came back on Saturday and finished the job.
We highly recommend Paramount. He knows his stuff. And he is very friendly.

So many positive things to say about this company! One of our garage door springs broke and usually we try and figure out how to fix things ourselves, but we didn t want to mess around with this one. Kevin came out within an hour of calling and got the job done quick! Which was awesome because my car was stuck in the garage and I needed to go pick up my kids.
