It's good experience for me with Gazon communication. Internet speed is very amazing. At 1st I had Normal lan connection from him, then it didn't work out for even a month properly.
There was always power cut issues with your provider.
Then I switched to Fibre optic, instead of router he install switch and charged me. And told me once he has router instock, then he will intall that.
But it has been past 2 months, nor he visited and nor he came to install router.
If you call operater, they will say, yes we will be coming today.
But they never come.
Also I have wasted almost 6k just for pathetic service.
Just to inform you, that I have been using internet connection for past 4 year.
And just in past 3 months, have experienced worst and pathetic service.
Instead of having your service, my Jio network has better signal and internet connection.
Providing the worst possible service with sheer will and dedicated consistency. I made a mistake by choosing this provider.
Mobile Internet is more faster. Speed not get as per plan he ask 50mbps in plan but actual speed is only 25 mbps. why we spend 600 rupees per month on this.
I called one guy for enquiry and both the time he said that he is busy and will call me later. But I didn't got any call from them yet. If they don't care about new customers, you can imagine how they must be treating their existing customers. Hathway is anytime better.
Worst Internet experience ever. It has issues more than 10-15 times a month. Very slow internet, doesn't provide the speed as mentioned in the pack.

I have very bad experience with internet speed and services.
The customer care also not supportive...I took 50mbps plan but getting 20 mbps speed only.
The respective location officer's are very rude and not helpful. They are not warred about customer requests and use say if you don't want this connection then we are ready to disconnect service.
Poorest service provider ever seen. Network down for more than 10 days in a month. Need to contact customer care every now and then.
Pathetic Experience, Very poor connection, Took 50Mbps plan but getting only 17Mbps. It doesn't deserve a single star also. Very bad experience. Just had connection at 11am and uninstalled at 1pm i.e. within 2hrs
Worst experience. My calls are unanswered when my wi fi is not working since past 7 days. I have literally wasted my money so,please learn from my mistake and don't even try this network.
I have raised complaint with Sev 1 .No one accountable and resposible. Managers are not available for handling escalation. Very Very poor service.
If you have choice , dont go for it.
