Paragon did a wonderful job spraying above the foundation in our basement and removing the disgusting stuff that was in there. From the initial estimate to the completion of the job, Randy (owner) was a top notch professional. He explained the process during the estimate and stuck to it. He's very responsive and showed up to the job himself so you know that this isn't just some owner subbing out to random crews. Do yourself a favor and at least give them a call when doing your homework.

I've hired Paragon Insulation now for two insulation jobs in our home. First, Randy came out to give a quote on the attic insulation removal and blow in insulation in the attic. He was thorough in checking out our entire attic and gave us a fair/reasonable quote. When his crew came out they were efficient and did a great job! I hired Paragon again to come out this winter to spray foam insulate in areas that were very drafty in our basement and bathroom/office area. Randy brought his thermo reader and walked through my entire house to show me areas to address. Randy was honest and reasonable with his quote. I highly recommend hiring Paragon Insulation for all your insulation needs! Great quality service! Very happy with the results and already plan on having his crew come out for another job to insulate our garage ceiling this spring.
Randy is the most passionate person ever regarding Attic insulation. SUPER KNOWLEDGEABLE, helpful, and honest. EXCELLENT communication and work rate. Whole team is amazing. They ripped out my insulation over the attic, seal foamed every entrance possible, and replaced to R-49. A killer big job, and I'm super happy with my choice to book Paragon. RECOMMEND.
We were so happy with our experience with Randy from Paragon Services, we have had him out 2 times in the last month to address both the attic and the crawl space of our new home. After Randy and his team replaced our fiberglass insulation in the crawl space with spray foam, it raised the average air temperature on our first floor by over 15 degrees! I has made a HUGE difference right away and I can t wait to see the $$ we save on our heating/air conditioning.
Paragon Services is fast to respond to messages and phone calls. Randy was able to come out for a quote within a few days we were on the schedule within a week or two. On installation day, the crew was on time and professional.

Randy from Paragon came out and spray foamed a rather difficult crawl space in a older home for me.( 10inches of room with a heat duct and plumbing down the center)... The foam has drastically cut my natural gas bill, improved the sound and air quality to..Definitely money well spent.
I interviewed quite a few different Insulation Companies to find a company that was knowledgeable and offered a fair pricing. I was not necessarily looking for the lowest price, but an honest price based on the work I was requesting.
Nic came out and did more than just pop his head up into the attic, he got up there and looked around, noting things to recommend. The home was built in 1969 and had about 6 of blown in Cellulose. He talked about different options from adding Cellulose over the existing to removing everything and going with either a spray in foam or going with blown in fiberglass. He gave me the pros and cons of each option as well as the costs associated with each.
I was impressed with the knowledge Nic brought to that table and settled for what we felt would provide us the most comfort. He also offered a solution to help us with pipes that are prone to freezing when ever the temps drop below freezing using their spray foam.
We set a date that was about two weeks out and as we got closer to the install date, the owner (Randy) called to see if we could move the install UP with a pending snow storm set to roll in.
Their spray in Cellulose team arrived on time, installed baffles and tape measures in the attic prior to spraying in the Cellulose. There weren t to many areas that needed to be sealed which they addressed before doing the rest of the work. They sprayed enough Cellulose to being the total depth to 18 .
As they were wrapping thing up in the upper attic, Randy arrived with the Spray Foam to address the exposed pipes we were having issues with. He and his team were SUPER professional and answered many additional questions thrown at then giving us additional comfort in the decision we made to go with Paragon.
Paragon finished by adding insulation to a separate part of the home, a family room area with its own attic, bringing the total depth there to 20 .
They cleaned everything up when they were done and were here maybe a total of 2.5 hours.
First night we started to experience an immediate difference in comfort. Rooms and areas that HAD a chill or bite in the air were now comfortable and held their heat. We no longer bundle up in blankets in the family room as the room stays warm and really comfortable!!
Did Paragon do anything magical ? No. But they were very professional and their pricing I felt was fair and honest. The work was done to scope and they had no problems taking before and after photos to show the work that was done.
I would gladly recommend Randy and the rest of the Paragon team to anyone needing insulation work done on their home!!
Randy was able to come and quote in a very responsive time frame. We didn't not move forward right away and he didn't pester us. He was informative with the options and possible comparisons of other companies. When his crew came they were friendly, efficient, and clean.
