Just to share a quick note to say thanks again to Lee and the team for all you've done to help make the letting transition go as smoothly as it did. Being the first in my experience, I wasn't sure what to expect, to be honest, and perhaps it sometimes can be complicated or difficult.

I had no electricity or gas supply with varios other problems when moving into a property in the cold weather with my new born baby and did not support me by fixing the problem for at least 3 days. Will be taking legal action soon. Terrible service from the managing agent. Avoid at all cost.
