A company with irresponsible staff without proper maintenance being done by a single technician who is finished in 10 minutes. I have been an apartment manager for over 10 years working with this company (badly) and have encountered a number of financial and ethical problems. If I could rate it with -5 stars!

First let me tell you that I had to put the 1 star in order for the review to be published. Our company changed the elevator 3 months ago and the 2 months are off, every time for another reason. They do not know what happens to them even if I had not worked with them. I did the evaluation so as not to be bothered by this particular 'god to do it' company.

The company is completely unpopular. For a year and a half, he can not solve the problem of the elevator (click on the start and stop), nor say that he can not solve it. Each time he sends another technician instead of sending him. Every time the next one says something different than the previous one and then the boss says something also different. Today he came a new technician (must be the 6th different) and when he left the elevator made double the noise, again. I have to sleep normally over a year because of the elevator, and of course we are changing company tomorrow. We're talking about chaos.
MR: Mrs. Gioni, I have called the company 200 times and I have explained it to approximately 20 people. The last time was last night at 10am 30. No one got back yet. Communication end.
The people of this company, apart from being irrelevant and dangerous, are also fraudsters, and obviously I am not talking about the technicians of the company, because I imagine they are ordinary employees who follow the orders of their superiors. The elevator in the apartment building where I live is problematic from the first day of operation and every now and then a maintainer has to come and unlock it, because he locks himself and every time they ask for more money to unlock it, mercy. Completely unacceptable service. Someone has to denounce them at some point, he does not go with them anymore.
Frankly one of the worst experiences. Unfortunately I can't hear but believe their barouffs. The least irrelevant and dangerous. Car lift and hang for 8 years continuously. Sensors change as soon as these are my fault, and their excuse is that the manufacturer has not given them electrical drawings .... the least irresponsible and dangerous. Same on you.
