Papacita's Mexican Restaurant Review

I got the quesadilla with beef, no tomatos and extra sour cream. My food came on time and still is warm. The meat is well seasoned and all the flavors are just amazing. I sat down and enjoyed my meal and myself. My host was friendly and she had a great sense of humor and I would recommend this place because the service and the food is great! Every bite I take gives it more of an exquisite taste and with a dash of lemon that I squeezed in my food is amazing.

Try the stuffed deep fried avocado and the Mesquite smoked beef fajitas are wonderful.

Flavorless food. Terrible management. Mediocre service. The only good thing this place has is the salsa. I don't recommend going there for anything.

I went about a week ago, it had been years since me an my family ate there. It was excellent the wait staff was fast food was fast I have no complaints!!! Definitely 5 star will be dinning there tonight!!!!

Food was good...service a bit slow. The waitress was very polite and answered all of our questions regarding the food. But then we didn't see her again for a long time and had to ask another for help. We were satisfied with the food, just not the warmth of it. Tortillas came cold to the table, and we "assumed" that's how they were served. We had it served differently at another Papacitas in Tyler...perhaps we just expected it to be the same.

Awesome food. Great staff. Good atmosphere. Food was so fresh. Beef had the perfect seasoning. Nothing at all wrong. Perfect Sunday in Longview. Really made me feel at home. A definite recommend. Always fast and friendly service. And the foods great too!

From the moment we moved here, we were told by all locals we met that we HAD TO try Papacita's. We've tried it multiple times and I just don't see the appeal. Every time the food was just bland compared to other restaurants in town. The restaurant is huge and I can't imagine you would ever have to wait. There's got to be something I'm missing about this place, because people are fanatical - I'll give it another chance sometime.

Great food! Try Danny's Special. Frozen margaritas are exceptional. On weekends, ask for Lucio!

Excellent food, great service, clean environment and a fun atmosphere. We highly recommend and we will be back. Chicken Fajita Quesadilla was SO good.

I am from Texas but live in Florida. I can honestly tell you every time I come to Texas I eat at Papacitas! Florida has no restaurant equivalent to Papcitas!

Good food, okay salsa, the chips are the best. I would say top five in Longview but not top 3.

We were very happy to eat lunch here today. EVERYONE was very friendly. Our waiter was friendly, service was exceptional and food was scrumptious!!!!

The food is great. The staff is very friendly, the atmosphere is pleasant and the restaurant is very clean. There is plenty of parking, too. If you haven't been yet, you are in for a real treat! What are you waiting for?

Never much wait time. Always busy, great food and staff.

Normally it would be higher rating but the service was horrible and food just wasn't good

The atmosphere is loud and they offer both upstairs and downstairs seating. The food is good and they have recently redone their menu. This place can get very busy and fill up rather quickly. The tortillas are delicious and so are the chips and salsa.

Delicious food and his very friendly staff will definitely go back all ok
