They sold my wife junk and refused to give her a refund. They won't return calls. They will email you but it takes days.
They have all gone the extra mile for me....from Dale in Support to Ms King in training. I would recommend them to anyone.....
We were a bit hesitant to make the investment into the OKI 920 printer. We decided to make the purchase and everyone at Pantograms has helped make this addition to our business a huge success. The biggest shout out to Katie for making the set up and training a smooth process, she is there to answer any ongoing questions we have. I have never received such comprehensive training on a piece of equipment, we have been able to use this from the FIRST day with absolutely no problems!
I found Angelina on YouTube showing how the equipment worked. I knew right away she was the person I wanted to work with. I walked in and she gave us a demo right away. Within 2 wks I am fully financed and have my equipment. One excited business owner! A+ customer service.
The website says that they have service plans for embroidery machines even if you have not bought the machine from them.
So we called and were told that we should go back to the place we bought the machine from.
We explained that we had bought the machine used- and we were again told that we should go back to "wherever the person we bought it from got it".
WOW
so I called and spoke with another person because I thought maybe this employee was misinformed - and I got put into a voicemail - where I left a message explaining what we were looking for - along with my name and phone # - twice.
No return phone call.
I then tried emailing the address on the website for technical support- and the email came back as an invalid address.
I double checked that I typed in the correct address - and I did.
My conclusion - AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!
Horrible support. Not only will they not return calls but once I did get a hold of them, they were absolutely no help. What a horrible experience.
