The website says that they have service plans for ...

The website says that they have service plans for embroidery machines even if you have not bought the machine from them.
So we called and were told that we should go back to the place we bought the machine from.
We explained that we had bought the machine used- and we were again told that we should go back to "wherever the person we bought it from got it".
WOW
so I called and spoke with another person because I thought maybe this employee was misinformed - and I got put into a voicemail - where I left a message explaining what we were looking for - along with my name and phone # - twice.
No return phone call.
I then tried emailing the address on the website for technical support- and the email came back as an invalid address.
I double checked that I typed in the correct address - and I did.
My conclusion - AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!
