I bought a 2005 GMC Sierra dump truck. The emergency brake did not work and they said they would fix it. It went in and out of their shop 3 times and still did not work. They came back and said that it couldn't be fixed because of a defect in the mechanism. I took it to my mechanic and paid to have it fixed, worked fine. The truck has been leaking coolants the entire time, replaced radiator, all the hoses and the leak continued. My mechanic investigation found that the truck has a blown head gasket. Called panhandle motors, and asked them what they were going to do about it, they said nothing. No warranty as is. I asked if they were in the habit of selling customer vehicles with blown head gaskets, and their response was we are in the habit of selling used vehicles. You take from my experience what you will, I would not recommend dealing with this company.
We bought a truck here a couple months ago and the truck has so many issues. The dam thing can't get out of its own way. It barely makes it up hills with it having to give it a lot of gas .It's always something the truck is junk. Dodge's aren't supposed to be like this. The only word to say is junk.beware do research on the vehicle...
