Best Property Manager award goes to Chanel Lay. Always available when I need her. I ve had other property managers since I ve been a resident non compare to Chanel. I can call her any time she always answers. If you decide to rent with Pangea I highly recommend you see what properties she Manages.
After being with Pangea real estate for a few years I can honestly say my current property manager Dominique K has really took time to address my concern on a very professional level and thats something I did not get from the start. Chanel is the best property manager I have had while doing business with Pangea. Been here for over 15 years she's the only manager who has checked in on me, she helps me renew my lease and even puts in work orders for me. Always available when I call. Thank you Pangea and Chanel for having my back.
I stay in the Austin area , been at the same location for 6 years, wonderful location near Oak Park and DownTown. Chanel is my Property Manager she s always attentive , caring and willing to help. Called resident care today to schedule an appointment they were booked. Called Chanel she helped me with 30 mins.

Property manager Lorelei Reidy from zone 3 is an outstanding property manager. She is very polite and professional at all times. This property manager is very responsive and communicates well with her tenants. I've never met a property manager that goes out of their way like she does. Thanks Lorelei.
Good morning my name is Madeline Kelly I live at 11 South Austin Boulevard Unit 318 on Tuesday of this month I wanted to the office I had to complain about someone coming into my apartment unannounced. Knocking on the door I was livid but your nail the property manager was in the office but she was helping a potential tenant I do believe so she send me to the back because like I said I was upset so a lady named Laura Lorelei supposed to been helping me I didn't feel helped matter fact I felt not valued as you guys say that we are she talked down to me instead of being empathetic to what I was going through she's not trying to control situation by telling me what I should say and where I was at I clearly know what I was saying and I knew exactly where I was at hi tone with me very unprofessional I value customer service she didn't give it to me they said the customer is always right but this time I was right but again Chanel the property manager was very professional and I appreciate that in the kindness you showed me and being empathetic to me being irate you guys she's a keeper but that Laura she had me more upset than I was initially going to the office we are all adults and should be treated Laura was talking to me as if I was a child and I didn't appreciate that being a valued resident here Pangaea please address this issue with her thank you
A strange man walked into my apartment a few weeks ago using a key that unlocked my door. When I called maintenance they said there was no one they could send out the same day so I called the property manager and she had temporary locks put on the door the following day. She said the permanent locks would be placed in 1-3 business days. That was 3 weeks ago and now she is dodging my calls. I am a single woman and live alone and it is extremely unnerving that a man was able to get into my apartment with a key. This tells me that someone in my building has a master key or they never changed the locks before I moved in. If someone were to break in I couldn t even file a police report with confidence because this person has a key so technically it s not a break in. I am terrified to be here by myself and I have no where else to go and due to the pandemic I m working from home so I m home all the time. This is extremely unsafe and Pangea doesn t care.
On top of that someone tore off all the buzzer buttons on the front of my building so if I have something being delivered there s no way for the delivery person to get inside or let me know they are outside. I also let Pangea know about this and 3 weeks later, nothing.
There are dogs walking around the complex outside unleashed with no owners in sight and they are always running up to me barking and jumping up at me when I try to walk into my building. One day I saw the owner of one of the dogs standing in the doorway of her building and politely asked her to leash her dog and she mouthed off to me and threatened me.
I ve called Pangea multiple times and put in requests for all these things as well as the multiple issues that were wrong with my apartment when I first moved in and no one has responded. I just moved here in February and have NEVER been late on my rent. I m convinced they only care about certain properties in certain more affluent neighborhoods where the skin color of the tenants is a lot lighter than mine (aka Pangea doesn t take the safety of black tenants seriously).
Like all slum lords I bet they ll change their tune if something happens to a tenant as a result of their negligence on safety measures. I suggest you avoid Pangea at all costs if you care about your safety and your loved ones.
I can t wait to move out of this place because Pangea clearly does not take safety of tenants seriously.
My Property Manager Dominique Kyles is the best. She works with you, is great at communicating with you, and very professional. Any questions or concerns I have she fired her best to respond, even after the office is closed. Ms. Dominique is amazing and the best PM I ve ever dealt with!!!!
If I can give 0 Stars I would but it has been extremely uncomfortable moving into my new two-bedroom apartment. I've officially spent one night and one full day there and now I fear for both my son and myself lifes. I was told that The apartment and Neighborhood that I viewed was wonderful and great for little kids. That was incorrect woke with bullets in my car only after 24 hours of living there. My building manager had a one sided conversation refuses to even looking to the fact of relocating my 2 year old son and myself to a safer Neighbourhood and now my son and I have to find a safe place to be at because that apartment is not safe at all.
